“Older, but worth the price”

This hotel is an older one, rooms are a bit small for american standards but very clean and tidy. A great value with Free shuttle bus from the airport, also free shuttle to downtown Narita. Buffet dinner and breakfast was just okay.

“Convenient, Helpful and Reasonable”

We needed a night close to Narita Airport with a shuttle. The rates were excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English, and the shuttle was comfortable and on-time. It is a long way from Tokyo so not where you want to stay if you want to hang around the city, but perfect if you need a good stopover near Narita. There is a convienience store in easy walking distance and taxis right at the hotel if you didn't want to take the free shuttle to the local town of Narita. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Affordable, friendly staff with a fantastic buffet!”

My stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita was very good. The staff was super friendly. Perhaps this is a staple of Japanese people, but I was shocked-- even if he just turned around for 3 seconds to get the key, he responded with "So sorry to have kept you waiting, sir." I felt kind of bad, this man was treating me so special! Indeed, the room is a tad small for someone my size, but who wants to spend all their time in the hotel, anyway? It had all the neccesary luxuries of a good hotel, aside the TV, which had very few channels (then again, all hotels do). I stayed right when things were around the 50 degree mark, and the outdoor sauna was perfect after the long flight here. The restaurant, Wings, was superb; one of the best (Italian) meals I've eaten in Japan, who's buffet tops any I've been at in America hands down, despite the slightly steep price. Only problem was that I was expecting free Internet access for my laptop, and it was only available for the Business Class suites.

“International Garden Hotel in Narita (Japan)”

Very good hotel located a little bit away from central part of Narita. It does not create any problem because hotel has very good bus connection with railroad station and central part of Narita. Trip to airport took about 25 min. (if I remember correctly). in a confortable bus. Room and service in hotel very good, hotel has souvenir shop, restaurant.

“Great hotel, great price.”

Hotel offered free bus service straight from Narita Airport. Bus goes many times per hour. Internet availability. Nice little convenient store at hotel. Did not try restaurant. Excellent hotel for the cheap price I paid. Great place, if you have an overlay in Narita Airport, and dont want to go into Tokyo.

“Great place to stay for last night in Japan.”

I think this was a great hotel to stay at for my last night in Japan. I had a great nights sleep and the price was also great too! Plus they give you a free ride to the airport.

“We would definately go back.”

This is a great hotel. There is a free shuttle to and from the Airport and Train station. The hotel had feather beds which was another plus. Very Comfortable! We also used the spa.

“Excellent place, fine hotel”

This is an excellent hotel and the guest services are great. The breakfast was very filling, large portions served buffet style with Asian and European foods in abundance. There is a strip of stores and shops only 10 minutes walking. the temple in Narita is nearby and well worth the 15-20 minute walk. Getting there, you pass by the schools and the small boutique shops, hardware stores, gas stations and the kinds of quirky things that make Japan special. Overall, this is the best value and the best location in the airport area. Skip the Hilton and the fanicier places...go with this hotel and be pleasantly and favorably impressed. Wonderful stay. I had a fine dinner for less than $10 dollars only 5 minutes walking. I walked in the other direction and asked directions, only to be given a ride by a stranger back to the hotel. Narita is tops! This hotel is at the heart of a thriving and friendly city.

“Good value hotel with easy access to Tokyo Airport (Narita)”

We chose this hotel for a couple of days' stopover in December 2010 due to the good value room, buffet breakfast and free airport shuttle. We were not disappointed - our room was extremely comfortable and the hotel amenities are excellent value. It's used by a number of airlines for cabin crew layovers so we'd assume that this is good evidence of its quality. In summary, we'd recommend it to other cost-conscious travellers.
