“Good value hotel with easy access to Tokyo Airport (Narita)”
We chose this hotel for a couple of days' stopover in December 2010 due to the good value room, buffet breakfast and free airport shuttle. We were not disappointed - our room was extremely comfortable and the hotel amenities are excellent value. It's used by a number of airlines for cabin crew layovers so we'd assume that this is good evidence of its quality. In summary, we'd recommend it to other cost-conscious travellers.
“Ideal for a quick stopover”
We were recommended this hotel as an inexpensive stopover - we stayed there twice, using the free shuttle buses to and from the airport terminal, and it's fine.
“good overnight hotel”
stayed 1 night 11 apr 2009. would definately stay there again.
“Good stop over location”
stayed here due to closeness to airport and we had an early flight out, there is a free shuttle bus to and from aiport and also railway station.Good sized room, decent restaurant not over priced, there is a Budist temple nearby which is well worth a visit set in spacious gardens, great local shops in traditional style . 12 mins from airport but was quiet, will use again.
“Adequate for overnight stay”
This hotel was OK for 1 night but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. We stayed here overnight before our flight back to UK and found it large and impersonal, although we did not use any of the facilities such as restaurants etc. The courtesy bus service was very good and we didnt have to wait when we arrived on the Narita express and found the bus stop quite easily by asking airport staff. The room was average though and we didnt find the bed particularly comfortable. We took the bus into Narita to find a restaurant but missed out on the temple which was disappointing as we had seen it mentioned in other reviews. The lady in the hotel shop was very helpful and she found us bubble wrap for our purchases; the hotel staff were very polite and helpful too.
“in need of renovation”
we stayed here for 1 night before our flight back to london and we did not like it at all,we had booked a superior double room but they only gave us a standard double, the room was dirty especially the carpet was covered in stains, the bed was old and fusty as were the pillows, the good thing is the staff are friendly and helpful, they operate a free bus to a shopping mall which is quite nice for some last night shopping, also there is a free airport bus which came in handy,if cleanliness is a big thing for you as it is for me i would not recommend this hotel but if dont mind then guess might be ok for you
