Family mart on site was a great addition. Once travel numbers are back to pre-COVID levels recommend starting a floor by floor renovation. It is starting to look a bit dated.

I almost always stay at the ANA CP when I overnight in Narita. It’s very convenient as their airport shuttles are always on time and regular. I also like their shuttle to town and the Aeon Mall. Since the hotel is not surrounded by things to do the shuttle takes you to enjoyable places. The restaurants and convenience store in the hotel are very good.

This property overlooks Narita Airport. Kids loved it. We booked the suite. It was bigger than what we thought. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was really diverse and variety. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

Lobby is nice but the rooms all smelled like someone had smoked in them. The bed was a hard spring mattress. Our first rooms smelled so bad that we asked for new rooms and they happily transfered us. The second rooms were better but still smelled smokey. The staff were nice and friendly.

This ANA crowne was not as good as other ANA properties (i.e.ANA crowne,Osaka) I had to ask for amenities like water since there was none in the room. As an IHG premier member, I had expected better service.

A brief layover
This was a comfortable stay for a brief layover. The room was clean and equipped w a hot water pot for tea and coffee. There was not a restaurant open but there was a small shop in the lobby open 24 hours a day. The front desk did not understand much English when we had a question, but we should have thought to use Google translate on our phones.

The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita, an IHG Hotel is a great first night stop after a long flight to eat rest and sleep before you chase your adventures of Japan. The Facilities Staff Restaurants and Convenient Store are excellent with easy transport and parking access.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you just arrived on a late flight or are taking an early flight the next morning. We had a flight the next day. Our room was modified to sleep 4 people on 4 beds, and was great for the 1 night we slept there. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It had a lot of Western and Japanese options. We had a little time in the morning, but there isn't anything to do around the hotel. Just farms. The hotel is great if you're coming from or going to the airport, but after that I'd recommend going to another hotel in the city.

The staff is great, they have a great shuttle service to and from the airport, breakfast was expensive but good but the Rooms are tired. For a one night stay to catch a connecting flight it works.

Great stay
The room was dated and could use a renovation but other than that it was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was fantastic, and the gym is the best hotel gym I've ever seen, it even had a soccer field.

Excellent experience
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast meal is very delicious and has more selection such as western style and Japanese kind. The people are very friendly to help out and the transportation bus to airport is always on time.
