Delightful resort surrounded by tropical jungle. The high elevation meant you could open the windows and just let the cool evening breezes carry the sounds of nature. The rooms were huge and service was excellent. The fixtures were dated however, but that's my only criticism.

The location is fantastic. We were a family and booked two mountain suites. The rooms were big, very comfortable, a but dated, but still very decent. The service, food, etc were all excellent. I recommend this place!

Wow! We will definitely be back! This hotel is for nature lovers. We felt so at peace at this hotel. It was so quiet and lovely. The pool area is amazing. The food was fabulous! Best lamb chops ever! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We miss it already

Beautiful, quiet property in a nice location. The staff was very nice and so helpful. Good restaurant. Breakfast buffet had nice selections. Dinner was very good and the outdoor dining area has great views and can watch sunset.

This is a first class relaxing place in a fantastic location. The rooks are magnificent with everything one needs and the views are spectacular. There is a large swimming pool, a hot large jacuzzi, a recreational area and large working fireplace and a good dining area. Highly recommend.

This resort is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing with fantastic views over the valley below. It could use a little updating but nothing to worry about.

Best motorbike parking in a Hotel
Was a great surprise when arriving at the Resort. As it was a day by day planning trip we did not know about the resort. But the special price was tempting. We used everything in our room, all the wellness. Unfortunately not enough time to discover the whole park. We were traveling with one car and 2 motorbikes. We got the best motorbike parking in the world! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit resort style and staff just doing their job. A bit pricy as well.

Absolutely great stay !
In general an extremely pleasant stay, great service, great location and very good and plentiful food at the restaurant (at decent prices given the location and 5 star status). Only 'negative thing' to comment on - the road leading up to and down from the hotel really needs to get fixed.... Even with 4WD and higher-than-normal clearance, I'm sure our car didn't like the beating.....

Great environment, spacious nicely furnished suites, beautiful reception area. Breakfast below average. Overall food quality also average and poor value for money. Given remote location, hard to go elsewhere to get really good food, so food quality is a real let down.

Beautifully designed & perfectly presented resort
This resort is sited and designed to take full advantage of the surrounding hills. the rooms are huge and well appointed, the restaurant serves great food and the service was good. Very thoughtfully, we were allowed to check out a little late, as we had a late afternoon flight home.

There was absolutely no activities for no one .the kids club was not open.i used the bar around 8 times during my stay not once was there a bar tender present meaning I had to go to the front desk to request some service they would then call the restaurant while I stood waiting.breakfast was cold every morning .tray of eggs looked like they had been cooked hours before.hotel room rate significantly lower than what I paid

Chiang Rai Beautiful Resort & Amazing View!
This is one of good resorts I tried in different areas at Thailand. It has a specious nice swimming pool and the restaurant has very beautiful seen to set and enjoy the view. Overall, amazing resort to stay at and enjoy Chiang Rai weather.

Lovely place. There is 1 restaurant and you're far from everywhere so you're stuck with this one restaurant. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was ok albeit a little pricey.

One of the best mountain resort
Katiliya room type was very big and comfy. Room service was great too. We enjoyed dinner at our room balcony with sunset and mountain view. This place will be our first choice for our next trip to Chiang Rai.

Not ideal during a cold spell
Our stay took place during a cold spell for which the hotel and the rooms are not equipped (lack of reverse cycle aircon). Although we were given a portable heater it was not able to cope with the large room. Depending on the location of your room one requires transport which worked very well as long as the telephone worked. The staff was trying their best to cope with the situation and were very helpful.

Aircon with heaters are hard to come by here in Thailand, I would love to have one in my house for times like this. We hope the small portable heater help at least a little bit. Pleasant Getaway
The environment is serene and pleasant but this was not the case when I first checked in on the 16 Dec when a big group of tourists came in about the same time. They spoke very loudly most of the time and there was no peace until they departed the next day after breakfast. Also I did expect more from the balcony especially when I had read from the previous posts on how beautiful the views could be from there. My experience was different; my room faced a small pond and the sunrise was not so spectacular. But the room, however, is big and comfortable for 3 people.

Beautiful views
All suite rooms, very large and comfy bed. Bathroom fittings a little tired, but all very grand. Hotel is remote, so nice for a peaceful getaway. Used heated outdoor pool / jacuzzi which was lovely on a slightly cooler day in the mountains. Breathtaking distant mountain views and excellent staff. Restaurant is only viable option for dinner given location, which was also excellent with good selection of food and drinks.

Quiet and restful
The resort was in a beautiful remote location. The food portions were very large and delicious. Two or three people could share one dish easily. The staff was very polite and provided very great service.

Nice resort, Good view
The resort is pretty good, far up the mountain and very private. The room is very nice and spacious. Although, it may need some deep cleaning. Comfortable stay and the food isn't bad. Quite pricy but you get the privacy and the view.
