Best breakfast in town
Very nice hotel close to main road but off enough for a quiet stay. Very helpful staff and lady manager willing and able to fulfill any tour and transportation requests.

A very basic experience
The pictures didnt properly show the condition of the hotel. I also didnt think the hotel staff seemed very friendly. The room was clean but just extremely basic which wasnt clear to me from the booking.

Friendly place but location not ideal
Service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But the facility is a little dated. Aircon was noisy. It's not as close to the city centre as most would like. It's well hidden From the main street. You need to depend on Tuk Tuk to go anywhere.

The hotel is a bit far from the night bazar, and not a walking distance but you can get a Tuk Tuk into town for 20 b per person.

Value for the price
This hotel a bit far from CR town...need to take tuk tuk or teksi or rent motorbike. Room is big and clean, but the bed got bug...feel itch at night...have something bite at night. Service is good and friendly. Overall is value for money has paid.

We were just here overnight but it is always a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was comfortable. Why not stay here. Tourist attractions are not too difficult to reach and enjoy.

My Stay at De Hug Hotel
I could not find sufficient information on the web so I booked De Hub for 2 nights because the location was described as being in the he centre of the business district, my plan was to move to another hotel for the rest of my stay in Chiang Rai if De Hug did not work out. As it turned out, the location of the hotel was anything but being in the centre of business district. It was located more than 2km away from town centre and I had either walk for about 30 min one way or take a Tuk Tuk which cost 80bht . Breakfast was basic, with either noodle and or porridge, with the basic toast and jam. The room was big and clean, but the bathroom is quite basic, with no dedicated shower area. One disappointment I had was the tour that was arranged for me, I booked a group tour for 1000bht that was supposed to take us to Mae Sai and Golden Triangle in a van. However, instead of a van, the tour company showed up in a Toyota sedan to ferry 4 of us for quite long distance drives, I was given the option of getting a refund, but it had already dedicated that day for the tour and decided to go with the car instead....but was quite a squeeze I ended up switching to Miang Inn hotel, which was in hitherto centre of town...which where the bus station and night market is located,

This appears to be a brand new hotel.
We were pleased with the facility. It makes a good first impression and does not disappoint inside. It was a little for a foreigner to find as it sits back from the street with only a driveway-width exposure. We would have liked a bath tub but our room only had a shower. The staff were more than helpful and allowed us to keep our rental car under their security while we took a day trip after we checked out. It is only about a ten minute drive from the main business district.

コストパフォーマンス良し 場所は時計台のある中心部から少し離れているが ホテルで貸してくれる自転車で楽に行ける 周囲には食堂やレストランにコンビニもあり不便さはない 料金が安いわりに朝食も品数が多くプールもあって とにかくお得

There are some tourist places which can be reached by walking such as Oubbcome Museum and Sunday Walking Street by 2-3mins walk. To visit other places, our staff are pleased to call a public transportation or guests may use our free bicycle as well.

五年前に続き二回目の利用です。一度目の印象が良かったのでリピートしました。キレイで従業員の対応も良く、快適に過ごすことができました。町の中心から遠いので、マイナス一点。私はバイクを借りたので何も問題ありませんでしたが。トゥクトゥクやバイタクを拾う事に抵抗がなければ、おすすめです。最寄りの交差点の近くにドローカルの小さな市場もありました。

Dear guest, Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to know that you were not understand of your reservation via online travel agent. Your booking is booked for Superior room (but there is no specific bed type via Expedia or Hotels.com). On your arrival date we do have only Superior twin bed available but you required the double bed. Our staff then offer you to upgrade to Deluxe room which still have double available with 200Baht additional fee. You accepted the offered. You actually can stay in a Superior twin bed without any additional fee or if we have the one you require, we definitely arrange it for you. We wish you understand us.

-อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย -ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่วจากส่วนอาบน้ำ และประตูของส่วนอาบน้ำมีคราบไม่สะอาดซึ่งจริงๆแล้วน่าจะทำความสะอาดได้ดีกว่านี้ -โดยรวมดีคุ้มราคา

立地のよいホテル
ホテル自体は大きくないですし、特別な設備もありませんが、古くて汚い感じではなく、むしろ清潔な方だと思うのですが、室内が暗いせいかとてもこじんまりしていてネット画像の印象とは少し違いました。それでもスタッフはフレンドリーで親切ですし、近くの大通りには格安の屋台やコンビニ、レストランなどが多くあり、場所的にはすごくいいと思います。次回もリピートしたいホテルです。
