We stayed in Mumbai one night before flying on to Delhi the next morning. Arrived at airport at 11pm, had to wait quite a while for the hotel driver to show up. The drive to the hotel was just a little bit short of terrifying. It was our first experience with Indian traffic (by the end of the week it all seemed "normal" but right off the plane late at night it was pretty intense!), the area you pass through to get to the hotel is pretty sketchy and when he pulled up out front we hoped he was kidding. The lobby and people hanging to help you with your luggage are also pretty sketchy (even if they're small backpacks you can handle yourself they insist) . BUT, a pleasant surprise once you make it to your room - very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shower with multiple shower heads looked very inviting but unfortunately no hot water. Hotel is fine for passing through but I wouldn't want to have it be home base for touring Mumbai!
Very poor hotel rooms. Lights were not working. Rooms are congested, stuffed and anyone would feel suffocated. False ceiling wall was broken and lights were not working. Hotel is in a remote area and cannot easily accessible by others. Overall very poor experience.
Right next to the airport - mostly business/international travel guests. Very attentive staff, great gym/spa facilities. A bit pricey on car service (8000 Rp/day), so we arranged day trips via a local taxi (2400 Rp/day).
Mumbai traffic is terrible, particularly in the evening - it can take an hour to go 10 km. This hotel is not central per se, but only 10 minutes from airport.

Very nice hotel close to international terminal. However, if you want to use the free hotel pick up and drop off to the airport, call them directly and book over the phone or their website. We had to pay extra for the airport transfers as we booked it through expedia. Otherwise, no issues with the stay.
