“Good Value for money”

Only spent one night and found the experience satisfactory, no problems, good value for money

“Nice hotel set in stunning location”

Room was nice and clean but would benefit from a little modernisation. TV reception was pretty poor but had a corner room so had nice big windows in which to watch the sunset. Booked a double room but beds were 2 singles pushed together, seems to be the norm these days. Plenty of pillows however the mattresses were far too soft. The leisure area needs be be checked by staff more as they had run out of towels. General feel of this area was messy and dirty with used towels strewn all around the locker area. Good range of exercise machines to use. Steam room was not working properly and the jacuzzi could do with a good scrub.

“Disappointing stay”

The hotel was really cold in most areas. The rooms were very cold and were not as clean as you would expect from this type of hotel. I had a double room but only one bedside lamp. The gym and sauna area were not clean at all. The water fountain in the gym was empty and had no cups. Overall a very disappointing stay!
