“Love It!”

I loved the room, my grandson went with us and they gave me a room close to the stream and it had an area where he could play. He had a great time. The staff was so nice and they went way out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I am so impressed with the shuttle service. They took us to the casino but on our way they stopped at the kids zone so we could drop my grandson off for a few hours, all i had to do is make a phone call and they came right back and picked us up at like 1 in the morning. I plan on stay here everytime I go to Cherokee.

“Inn of the Seven Clans, Cherokee, NC”

Wonderful staff; the shuttle from the hotel to the Casino was especially convenient, and driven by a very pleasant young man. We liked the 12 noon checkout, as we had gotten in late the night before.

“Clean and affordable”

The hotel was an older hotel. It was clean, had a microwave and frig but an older tv. The staff were personable and provided van service to and from the casino and picked us up at the time they agreed to. We received a better price by using expedia rather than booking at the Hotel. The Hotel prices was $40.00 more.

“Very freindly hotel”

Freindly staff. The driver of the shuttle to the casino was very freindly and helpful. He was just a call away if we wanted to go back to the hotel.

“Two issues”

If the housekeeping/maintenance would be observant we wouldn't have been put into a room with a disfunctional bathroom light and need to change rooms. Also neither room's refrigerator had been defrosted in quite a while.

“Good hotel, bad night.”

This was a very nice hotel, however we were unfortunate enough to get a room with a toilet that overflowed and saturated a portion of the carpet in the bedroom area. Staff cleaned up-soaked up what they could, but because the hotel was full, we had to stay in a room with wet carpet. The next morning....the toilet overflowed again.

“will stay there the next time I am in that area”

May want to update bathtub, although clean, there were age stains due to it being ceramic tile

“Comfortable”

Room was clean and comfortable, smelled of baby powder. Most of the staff was cordial, only one person went of their way to be friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

“Not So Good”

Condition of the room was disappointing. The carpet was damp and the room smelled when we arrived. It improved somewhat when I turned on the air. The sheets were thin as well as the linen. The pillows were lumpy, bed uncomfortable and, area was noisy.
