This is a very confortable and nice hotel. Considering the price, I was not expecting such great confort. The room smell very good, there is a balcony for each room and an elevator. the breakfast was good with waffle, juice, cereal, coffee and muffin. this is one of the best hotel I went in this range of price.

Staff was very courteous, room was spacious and clean. Location was close to downtown where there's a great weekend Farmer's Market. For the money, and if you just want a place to crash, it was a terrific bargain.

“Good layover spot”

Nothing fancy, but has refrigerator and micro-wave. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The bedding is nothing special, but for basic needs, it works. For the area, it is a good bargain.

“Good Waynesville hotel”

The hotel is clean, with a pleasant staff. Location is convenient to Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska. Room has all necessary amenities at a reasonable price. Having the refrigerator and microwave is great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and main highways. Allows pet for small additional fee. It isn't fancy, but very satisfactory.

“Good service but rooms need updating”

For a cheaper hotel, it is not too bad. Although the rooms are clean, they are a little worn, the beds were not comfortable and the bedding was old. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. As it is a tourist area, the hotels are a little pricey. I would recommend paying more and staying elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for.
