Adequate at best. Location is best feature. Skip the breakfast. The building feels old and tired. I did like what appeared to be a fairly recent paint upgrade to a pretty aubergine purple. Our room was small. The bathroom had several cracked floor tiles. The wall had unpatched holes next to where the dryer was mounted. The sink stopper was missing and you could see the black grime buildup in the drain. The ceiling exhaust fan had a lot of dirt and dust. The bed area was in better shape. Overall I would say it was adequate. A place to store your stuff while you are out. Really, the best feature is Location. You can walk to several fast food restaurants. And you are next to a grocery store center. This one will be on my list, but near the bottom. Other hotels in the area much nicer

The room was well enough equipped for our stay, aging and in need of some TLC. Electric stovetop worked one day, the rest was fine. Staff were fantastic and the location was excellent. Would stay there again.
