Less than a mile from Ghost Town and right across from The Maggie Valley Festival Grounds. Centrally located in town within walking distance to restaurants-shops and attractions. Our reputation is based on friendliness-cleanliness and good old fashion Southern Hospitality. We offer a large outdoor seasonal pool-games-playground-picnic tables and grills. Rocking chairs are on all the porches. Motorcycle Friendly. We have a restaurant on site serving Breakfast and Lunch.

“Great value for the price.”
We spent a very pleasant two nights here, and found it to be exactly as other reviews had described it: simple but clean accommodations at a very reasonable price. Very well managed by a nice family, and a convenient location for exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
