It was overall a very good experience. Very clean facilities all over the hotel and great breakfast. The premium room was very spacious . The only issue I faced was that the couch seat was stained and very old . Should replace the fabric asap.

It was a very comfortable stay. My initial request for king bed was not met. However, On insisting for the same, it was provided. Everything about the place and stay was very satisfying.

Reception staff did not accept the booking for 2 guests made online through Trivago as we were made to pay additional charges. Pls. refer to the attachment showing online confirmation. Toilet amenities like soaps, tooth brush, etc had to be requested instead of being kept ready for guests after cleaning the room. Room not cleaned by Housekeeping even after clean my room card was hanged at the door. Overall satisfaction was achieved through service of restaurant manager & staff with excellent food provided by the kitchen.

The location Near the Arumbakkom metro railway directly linked to airport and other metro station was good, the buffet spread was fair, no complaints of any nature. Staff very pleasing. The property maintained fairly well. Overall a good experience & would like to come back again.

Good location, cozy and reasonably grand. Enjoyed the stay. Buffet in the night was extraordinary, one of the best veg spreads that I have seen.

Clean Rooms ,Good Service & located on main road just 5 mins walk from Arumbakkam Metro Station. Hi speed WiFi & decent Breakfast spread. The property is little old but reasonably well maintained . Late night room service menu needs to be improved . Value for money .

Rooms need refreshing but love this hotel.
I have stayed at the Hotel a number of times and will continue to use the hotel. Unfortunately the rooms do need redecorating and refreshing. The staff at the hotel more than make up for it though the level of service is excellent and the food is outstanding.

We stayed at Radha Regent during my nephew's wedding. It was closer to the wedding hall. The staff were all peasant with a smile. Since I fractured my knee due to a fall I barely can walk. They had wheel chair. That was a great help. As soon as I come out one of the staff would wheel me to the gate. Their buffe was excellent. They had so many items to choose. One of my nephew who dies not like South Indian food because it is spiced. Will come and joi us for breakfast. Their too service is also excellent. I will call in the middle of the night for only masala tea and they will bring them with a smile Over all I would give this hotel a five star

Radha Regent Best Motel for your buck!
The location next to bus stop on bangalore to chennai route was what drew us to this motel. It is quite nice inside. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good with lots of Indian and Continental breakfast items.

This is a "sure thing" hotel - while it may not be spectacular, it will definitely not be a disappointment. Clean rooms and common areas, large buffet breakfast as well as dinners in the main "Cafe," well-stocked in-room snacks and mini-bar, comfortable furnishings and bed. There's a night club for those who like after-hours entertainment. The Oriental Blossom, another on-site restaurant, has a live musician named Keith on the weekends. He is terrific! Laundry service is same-day, and well-done. With a few exceptions, the staff can be very, very slow in response, so if you are in a hurry, be prepared. The Radha Regent is a safe, solid choice for your lodging needs in Chennai.

Multiple restaurants, well kept. The main "cafe" serves substantial buffet meals, with a complimentary breakfast. Service seemed to be habitually slooooooow, with a couple of notable exceptions. The Oriental Blossom restaurant has a singer/guitarist on the weekends named Keith. He knows every oldie, and sings magnificently. We enjoyed a most memorable dinner there thanks to his entertainment.

I have stayed at the radha many times due to its location for my business. The rooms are run down and basic with need of updating. The noise level at night due to live music within the hotel is annoying but is over by midnight. That said the service is always exceptional and the food in the lobby lounge is also excellent.

Had a comfortable stay; although it was short. Good layout, 5 star environment and pleasing staff make your day pleasant. Floor is cold whrn the AC is on for long. Wooden flooring or a carpet or a complimentary slipper would help. Highly recommended.

Personal visit to Chennai during October 2014
I spent a night at the hotel Radha Regent whilst on a personal visit to Chennai with my family. We booked the hotel basis location since we wanted a place which was close to where the family function was being hosted. We booked via expedia and the experience at the hotel was beyond our expectations. We found the hotel staff very courteous and attentive. Especially would like to commend the lobby staff, Augustine, for attending to us personally. The Lobby Cafe was excellent, the service staff courteous and considerate, the food and the buffet spread for dinner and breakfast was generous and there was no lack of variety. The ambience of hotel lobby area was very attractive and impressive. The rooms in itself were very clean, the aircon working perfectly, the towels and sheets good as new. Overall we would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. We ourselves will gladly check in to this hotel on our next visit.
