“Grundsätzlich sehr ok”

Grundsätzlich sehr in Ordnung, beim Service gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Ich habe z..B. vorab um eine Zugreservierung gebeten, reserviert wurde lediglich eine Fahrt zum Bahnhof ... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch, das Lunchpaket bei frühzeitiger Abreise jedoch leider ein Witz.
