“Nice spot”

This is a great little spot. Walking distance to Main Street art galleries. It's a little far for most people to walk to the main downtown district, but parking is not a problem in Chattanooga so no issue there. The free city shuttle goes right past the hotel also. Nice clean hotel, well equipped, friendly staff, decent breakfast. What's not to like?

“Room was nice”

After being told we would receive a room with two beds, we got a room with one queen and a fold out sofa. This was uncomfortable with three people in the room. The rest of the room was nice and the hotel was in great condition. The breakfast buffet was a madhouse, I would suggest going VERY early. They kept running out of everything when we went at 9:00. Good location, two blocks from shuttle drop off, then straight into downtown.

Downtown is nice because there is a lot to do and lots of restaurants.

“very nice place”

we wanted to be close to downtown and to the lookout mountain area - this fit the bill perfectly. the a/c unit was a bit loud (need to turn TV volume up when running), but other than that was a very comfortable room. breakfast was fresh and well stocked, staff was very attentive and pleasant.

“Nice Stay”

We had a really nice time at this hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. My only concern was how pet friendly the facility was. We could hear dogs barking all down our hallway whenever we left our room. Sometimes it smelled of dogs in the hallway, and we watching a little dog off of a lease lift its leg in the hallway. It just made me wonder was happens in the rooms, and if all the rooms were open to receiving animals in this way. If you are a dog lover, this probably wouldn't bother you, but I am not into sleeping where dogs have slept. Other than that, the pool was really nice and the breakfast was great too. Great pillow selection and the towels were nice and soft.

We at The River Company downtown. it was really delicious and a great environment.
Family-friendly activities
There is an electric shuttle that takes you through downtown that is free. It was a fun experience for my kids. Only 5 blocks from the hotel.

“Chattanooga”

Very nice! Food was wonderful! A little far from River front. But I would stay there again.

“CHATTANOOGA'S WORST”

VERY DISAPPOINTING BIRTHDAY GET AWAY. WE REC'D A QUEEN SUITE INSTEAD OF KING AS REQUESTED AND THE SUITE WAS OVERCOMING BY AIR FRESHNER. THE CARPET WAS BADLY SOILED AND THE CHAIR AT THE WRITING DESK WAS BADLY SOILED. THEY HAD PUT US IN A PET FRIENDLY ROOM. WILL NEVER RETURN.

“Would definitely stay there again!”

It is hard to find a place to stay w/ 4 kids but this hotel was great! We could all stay in one of the suites, comfortably. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent and very filling. The kids loved the cookies in the afternoon and the pool. Thanks for a great stay!
