“Kids had a ball”
We enjoyed out stay & really enjoyed the breakfast that came with it.
“Super Clean and So Convenient!”
Loved this "no smoking on premises" hotel! It was either new or recently refurbished with all the necessary amenities, a very spacious bathroom, courteous and helpful staff, and convenient parking. It was a very short drive to Chattanooga's riverfront destinations and a wide variety of dining options. Will definitely book here again!
“Clean and Comfortable but...”
I would stay here again but I was disappointed as there was a group of us girls staying at this hotel and when asked upon booking about transportation downtown, the clerk told me they had a shuttle but would need a taxi to get back if late. Upon check-in the shuttle was not for the hotel but the free shuttle for the entire area which you had to walk 5 blocks in a scary area of town ( I am from this town so I know the areas)...not good for a group of girls. This is why we booked this hotel in thinking we had means of transporation downtown and would not have to drive since we were celebrating birthdays. Other than that, hotel was great.
“Perfect stay for Quick Weekend Trip”
My husband and I, along with our 9 month old son, decided on a quick weekend stay (saturday, saturday night and sunday) for a wedding we were attending in Chattanooga. The hotel was located near downtown but not within walking distance. We drove to the river front but it was only about a 5-10 minute drive. The hotel's location was right off the interstate so it was easy to get to. It is a newer hotel and the decor was nice, small but nice. Check in was easy and the receptionist was nice. When we got to our room I thought it was going to be a bad stay b/c it was right across from the elevator hallway, but it wasn't. We didn't hear any more noise than normal hotel traffic. The room was clean and served it's purpose. I requested a room with a fridge and a microwave for my babies food and was again almost disappointed b/c they were not visible upon entering the room. They were located below the tv hidden inside a cabinet. The microwave worked well but the fridge not so much- we didn't call any one about it b/c we were just going to be there one night. The continental breakfast was ok- it had cereal, milk, yogurt, bagels, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, cinnamin rolls, muffins, eggs, ham, bacon and juice. The lobby served as the dining room so it got crowded fast but overall the stay was nice. I think next time we will try the Marriot Coutryard near the riverfront- it looked to be walking distance from everything, One thing we weren't expecting was a $3 parking fee.
“Clean, quality rooms, quiet location”
Easy from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable. There aren't places to eat nearby but it was easy to go downtown ( I recommend the restaurant "212 Market") Breakfast was OK My only issue is the parking - charging $3 just seems silly. Why not make it free and save us both the hassle of payment?
“Great hotel”
I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
“a nice place to stay.”
We stayed here on a short stay on our way down to New Orleans. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
“Very Impressed”
One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. We will be going back next year.
“Great Stay”
I would recommend this hotel to others because it was clean and confortable. The only problem I had was the mini fridge didn't seem to get that cold. Very close to the mountain attractions and not a lot of traffic on the road the hotel is on. We went downtown to the bridges and baseball stadium and it was very conjested with traffic and people. Glad we didn't have to hear all the noise and fight that traffic getting in and out of the hotel.
“Great Stay”
We stayed one night at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. It must be a newer hotel due to the decor and general look. We were very happy with the room. The rooms were furnished better than some of the higher end hotels I've stayed at. We had a refrigerator and microwave available, and free in room wifi (unlike the Marriott). The hotel is withing a small driving distance of several attractions and restaurants. The pool area was very nice, also. As a note, there was a small parking fee that was not explained up front. Saying that, it was so small I can't even say it was an issue.
