“Absolutely Horrible Hotel”

There were hairs in the sheets, bathroom tub, and on the bathroom walls. There were no clean towels, but there was one wet one hanging on the back of the bathroom door. 3 lightbulbs were burned out. Had to ask for a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, new sheets, and fresh towels. The room was full of dust. The heating/air system looked like it was from 1970 and in bad shape. The hotel manger/front desk guy hung up on me when I asked for the items mentioned above and made me go back to the office to get them. I also had to put on the new sheets because he told me he didn't know how. This hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed at, and I am relatively easy-going...

“basic but clean”

It's a basic motel room-- no amenities, charmless neighborhood-- but it is unusually clean and well maintained for this kind of chain motel. We have come to expect leaky ceilings, disgusting carpet, creepy stains and the odd ant or roach for the price we paid, but this was a pleasant surprise. It is convenient, cheap, and clean

“This is not a 2star. One star at best”

Expedia advertised this as a 2-star..No way!! It's soewhere between a no start and a 1 star at best.

“Poor Maintenance”

Old hotel, not well mantained, shower clogs and that is normal by the person in the counter, Heating is old, had a whole in the heater, room was not safe for kids, breakfast is a joke, there is not a designated área. Room had bad air circulation, I woke up with a stuffy nose, no Iron BOARD or Iron in the rooms, I wont recomend this hotel

“Great room for the price”

We needed to go to UVA for tests and this was convenient to get to our destination, food, and back to the main highways. The room was clean, needed a new bathtub but bathroom was clean, had a microwave and small fridge - very helpful for us....quiet for sleeping. Tood deal all around..

“Stayed for a race”

The Mongolian Chinese next door was really good. Room was fine, price was good, customer service at the front desk was very sub-par even on the phone conversation prior to me letting them know I would be arriving later than expected. Good if you need a place to stay and not expect the ritz.

“Will not go back”

The walls of the room were not clean it looked like someone splattered something all over the wall and somehow it was missed in the cleanup. tub was chipping bad. sheets were very dingy. We will not be going back there again.
