Terrible check in experience. I was told the manager would speak with me later on to see how they could make things better? Repeatedly told a foreign dignitary was staying on our floor so it was making things difficult. Finally checked in and the room was still dirty. Things like hair in the shower. Completed a 4 night stay but no one followed up. Also be prepared to pay extra for everything including the pool. Not worth the price in my opinion.

This is a great properly. Loved the room and the staff was super. Everyone was just lovely. the property however is a bit far from the city center so not really walkable to many venues.

A nice hotel, in a great location right next to the zoo and lots of shops and restaurant nearby. Room was big and grand with a great view of Berlin. Service was also good.
