“monthly getaways”

My husband and I go on monthly getaway and now our only preference we be so stay at a westin hotel! keep up the good work. Beautiful hotel....friendly staff. Defintely will return!

“Pleasant Stay But...”

The hotel was great and the food was really good but I was surprised and disappointed that I had to pay $25 a night to park my car!

“Great room and good value”

We stayed over a weekend at Westin and we swere very impressed with the room. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had, and I travel quite a bit. The other surprising thing was the shower. It had two shower nozzles and was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was good but not cheap. Also, the hotel charges a lot for parking, which we knew beforehand thanks to earlier reviews we read. The room service was fine, it took about 30 min to get a grilled sandwich after we arrived at about midnight.

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

Hotel was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The view of Uptown Charlotte from my room was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel. The restaurant is very good, dinner was excellent and the brunch was also delicious.

The location was excellent, an easy walk to a lot of things to do. Hotel was very nice with helpful staff.

“Extremely Impressive Hotel”

This hotel was excellent. They took care of everything that I needed, and did it with a smile. The Ember restaurant has excellent food, although it was a bit expensive for my taste. The bed was the most comforable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to a friend.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I got stranded in Charlotte airport due to a missed connection on US Air. They gave me a voucher for the Ramada Convention and Hotel. Thank goodness I looked them up on expedia before I went there. The reviews for that place were horrible, so I found the Westin in Downtown Charlotte and booked it. It's a $21 taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice, hotel staff was great, then even had a running map around downtown with a couple suggested routes (which for a runner like me, it was great), two restaurants/bars were open and both were very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

The Westin in Charlotte is a very nice and clean hotel. The beds and showers are truly "heavenly". The overall comfort of the hotel is very satisfying. The staff is very friendly and gives great recommendations on restaurants and attractions. There are several restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall a great experience.

“Loved it again.”

Loved the quiet cold comfortable room and truly restful heavenly bed. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but slept great here. Quiet corner room with 2 large windows and great black-out curtains. Super-convenient neighborhood on the edge of Uptown. Fast valet service retrieving our car every time. Great service overall! Will definitely choose this one again!
