Great place. loved it. Stayed for the weekend and everything was great. Restaurant was very good and all the amenities and the room were new and comfortable

“Excellent Standard Throughout”

Only flaw in an otherwise faultless standard was the food. Everything looks perfect but just fails somehow. We ate out after trying breakfast one day and lunch on another day. There are some great restaurants nearby.

“Quality Hotel in great location”

Location is wonderful. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive. Only drawback is that it is possible to hear street noise, hallway noise and other guests watching TV loadly through your hotel room walls.

“I would go back just for the Spa alone!.....”

I was visiting Charlotte to do some shopping, and just get a way for a few days. I was traveling alone, and I thought this would be a safe hotel. The spa at the hotel was wonderful.. I ended up swimming in the outdoor pool, something I never normally do, and enjoying the spa. They pamper and treat you like a queen. Everything was great. I had the most wonderful 80 minute massage ever. I ended up spending a lot more time at the resort hotel than I had planned. It is an easy drive to South Park for lot's of great shopping....

“Would stay again”

Very nice resort with an excellent spa and food service. The rooms were large, clean, and quite. Service was not up to 4 star resort standards in my opinion, due to little things such as constantely having to remind staff that I wanted a daily newspaper delivered to my door and bottled water not replaced everyday. The golf course was beautiful, but the greens a little beat up. Location was excellent for day trips around North Carolina and within the city.

“Nice but...”

Well the pool was closed when we arrived because of an young child accident, no fault of the hotel and they did their best with a bad situation. My only grip is we had a room with two double beds, you would think a hotel of this caliber and price would have double queens.

“The only downfall...”

Should do away with double sized beds...Queen and King only!
