“Good service but too many taxes”

The hotel is very good overall. Nice indoor pool, clear rooms and modern structure. For the biggest problem was the taxes you paid for everything. For using wireless internet, you have to pay, even in the lobby. They have two computers for guest you can use then with 15 min free internet but thats all. And if someone send you a package, they charged you. If you plan stay here for the price, maybe is better chose one a little more expensive but no extra taxes.

“Good location to airport but lacking in quality”

If needing to be close to the Charlotte Airport, the Sheraton is in a great spot. There's a good shuttle service that doesn't take very long at all to get you to the airport. The lobby and pool area of the hotel were nice, however the rooms are in need of a serious upgrade. Most of the rooms don't even have windows looking outside, but rather facing inside around the lobby. Having no natural light was a little annoying. If only needing it for a night before catching a flight, its not so bad for a decent bed for the night.

“Sheraton Airport Hotel - Charlotte, NC”

Hotel was clean, service was great, dining was convenient and well prepared meals with good choices. Airport shuttle runs every half hour and you can leave your car at the hotel if you are on a round trip.

“Home away from home”

There were several reasons for my selecting this hotel. The hotel was located in an area that was within proximity of my activities. It was also convenient to dining locations and an expressway that allowed me to access to my destination very quickly. The location allowed me quick access to the airport for picking up friends.

“Surprisingly nice hotel”

For an airport hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean, the pool and lobby were well maintained and the service was professional.

“Nice Hotel, But Not Quite as Advertised”

The check-in, check-out procedures were very smooth. The rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel premises. The price of the room was fantastic. The bar service was good, and the bartenders very friendly and helpful. I had two big problems though. First of all, a room service cheeseburger and grilled chicken sandwich (both with steak fries) was $33.00 after all the bogus charges added onto the $20 menu price. At best, these were $5 sandwiches. Hardee's ThickBurger is way better than what I got. Secondly, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because they advertised an elegant restaurant called Oscar's that served a fantastic Sunday brunch. Perfect meal before departure without having to go into downtown to eat, or doing a fast food drive thru on the way out. We had a local friend meet us there Sunday (they came from Gastonia, NC, about 30 minutes away). Only to find out that they had discontinued the Sunday brunch. It would have been one thing if the website had just not been updated, BUT, they still had it advertised in the room on a brochure.

“Service at the Next Level”

I must first say this.I am extremely critical in staying at a specific property due to being in the hospitality industry myself. With this said I stayed at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel as a get away from the real world. From the point of Check - In to the Lounge to the Breakfast the following morning I was more than satisfied with Every Aspect of the property and its employees. Simple this make a HUGE difference and this is what sets the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel a cut above the rest. Thank You So Must for an Incredible Experience. See You Next Time ! !

“Very Happy, Will go Back !!!”

We had a wonderful visit. the staff was friendly. the hotel resturant was affordable and the food was wonderful. I would certainly return. We also really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool.
