“Very happy with our accommodations!”

had prepaid for a flight and the hotel and was pleased when I checked in that they were expecting me and handed me my room key -- I was in and out of there in 2 minutes! Room was great -- clean and everything we needed. The interstate was close by but once inside the room we never heard a thing. If you turn left coming out of the hotel and drive about a mile there is a Shoney's which was great for breakfast in the morning as we had to leave the room very early each morning. Taking this route saves you going onto the Interstate and then going to the next exit. Very happy with everything -- would stay there again.

“Great place to stay”

I found this Red Roof Inn to be a very convenient, affordable hotel. Staff was efficient and friendly. Clean, comfortable room at a good price. Easy access off HW 85.Try the 24 Hr Waffle House next door, Cracker Barrel Restaurant just down the road. Safe neighborhood. Would recomment this hotel to others staying in the Charlotte area.

we had a refrigerator, hairdryer and microwave in the room, not all rooms have them. We stayed there a few weeks prior and the room didn't have these extras. I am assuming you have to ask for a room with these if your stay is going to be lengthy. I plan on staying there again.

It's ok if you need a cheap hotel near the airport. It was clean, the airconditioner was to noisy

“perfectly fine”

We stayed there all of five hours but the park & fly option is a good deal. The gentleman working behind the counter was very helpful that evening and early the next morning. It is right off the highway and a short trip to the airport. You could do worse.

Great deal for the money. Convenient. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was plain, but very clean. Got basic toiletries from the Front Desk. Efficient and on time shuttle service. Great place for an efficient travel stopover. Oh, adjacent to a Waffle House!!!!!

“wheres the shuttle bus?”

When we were supposed to be transported to the airport the shuttle bus forgot to stop at our motel. When coming back from the airport to the motel, it took 3 calls and we waited for one hour to be picked up. Each time we called the front desk, we were told it would be 15 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived to pick us up, the shuttle bus driver said he was only just called. Somebody was fibbing.

WiFi coverage was so weak that it was unusable and that I had to tap into the WiFi of the hotel across the street! ... No coffee and donuts available as promised.

I enjoyed my stay and the location is convenient for catching flights the next morning. The hotel staff was very efficient.
