Hotel and my room are very clean. Place of the hotel is nearby shopping area and restaurant. Staffs are very friendly and helps about charlotte.

The full breakfast was the best part! Fresh waffles, breakfast burritos, sausage biscuits! The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and polite. This is a fabulous hotel for the price!

Nice hotel. Friendly, effecient staff. Check-in and out were a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to get to through the back entrance. Quiet hotel in a safe area of town. Didn't get to try the breakfast because of sleeping in, but understand it's supposed to be great! Loved the 12:00 check out time. The heat and air are well controlled. We didn't even have to turn on the unit in the room. Definitely a great place to stay and couldn't have asked for a better price!

I was so impressed with this hotel. I have not seen other hotels in the area but no need to. WOW!! I am happy this was my first pick. Price is excellent for the fresh waffles, eggs, and sausage you receive for breakfast, far more than continental and the cookies in the late afternoon, coffee 24/7 in lobby, relaxing feel of lobby, managers treat every Wednesday, I highly recommend this hotel to all.

“Served us well.”

This hotel was well situated for the places we wanted to go. My husband was taking renewal credits closeby and was able to walk to class, allowing me the use of our car without being concerned about getting back to pick him up. As for me, the hotel was close to a major artery of traffic going to South Park Mall for a day of shopping and meeting up with a friend. Not having a good sens of direction this was invaluable to me. Restaurants were close by and when we left to go home, the interstate was just a few yards away. Very well situated for our needs.

“hot breakfast!”

the hotel was fine. we only stayed for one night and it was like most other hotels we have stayed in. we liked the fact that there was hot breakfast even if it was only scrambled eggs and sausage. i am not sure if the way we drove into charlotte had a lot to do with it but it was a little difficult to find. glad we had gps which helped a lot.
