“Marriott Southpark-Rexford Road in Charlotte”

I plan to stay at this hotel on all future stays in Charlotte. This hotel is 5 star quality. Located in safe, quiet, convenient location. Staff from the front desk, restaurant, room service and housekeeping all performed efficiently and always helpful and friendly. Hotel is very well kept, high quality, tasteful furnishings. Beds/bedding extremely comfortable They have thought of everything to make a weary traveler comfortable and I have not had a more pleasant hotel stay in many years. Job well done Marriott Southpark Charlotte!

Bed was very comfortable. When the TV remote's batteries died, they sent someone up to replace them within minutes. No complaints.

A great hotel though the lobby was under construction during our visit. The staff was making the most of the situation and compensated with good cheer and much kindness. I would definitely plan a return visit.

hospitalty was great. wife became sick after checkout, flight was not leaving until 8 p.m. that evening. hotel put us up in same exact rooms for 1/2 day rate without any questions or excuses. needless to say wife became better later on that night, enough to make flight back to n.y.. my sincere thanks to the folks at marriott southpark for making a serious problem easier to deal with.

“Very Good Experience”

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were very pleased. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable and appreciated the flat screen TV. If you walk out the backdoor, there is a choice of several restaurants. We loved the convenience of not having to drive to dinner.
