“Great for the price”

If you are looking for perfect don't come here. If however you are like me and on a budget it was more than I could ask for. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were problems every day but they took care of them as soon as I mentioned them. Things like my key card not working, my sheets being stripped off the bed and not replaced, non-functioning batteries in the remote. Things I call nuisances. The breakfast bar was very limited but staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean, the neighborhood safe and you were no more than 5 minutes from both fast food and fine dining. You can not beat it for the price.

“Convenient hotel in Charlotte”

This is an older chain hotel it is in "OK" condition. The staff were courteous and helpful. the location is right on the interstate and very easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable. It is obviouos that the current owners are trying to keep this thing alive durring tough financial times but I feel it was still a very good value for the price.

“Not bad for the price”

We stayed one night at the La Casa Inn. Lobby was well maintained. Room was average. Very low shower head. THere were alot of warnings in the "vacation guide" book they put together about keeping cars and rooms locked which gave the impression of it being in a sketchy neighborhood, but we had no problems. Bed was comfortable and room was decent. Only problem was housekeeping came by before check out (proably about 20 minutes before) and knocked. we yelled through the door that we were busy. This went on 3 times, and finally he just came in. It was a very uncomfortable moment as we weren't exactly decent. That didn't make me too happy. But otherwise the stay was fine.

“A little questionable to me...”

The room smelled funny, the carpet felt "spongy", and the mattress was filthy. (We peaked under the mattress pad.) The front desk associate at check-in was very nice & helpful when we needed towels. You definitely get what you pay for. All we needed was a bed and shower since we were leaving 1st thing in the morning to visit a local theme park. We won't be staying here again.

“Good enough but not great”

I arrived at night and hotel was very poorly lit. The area surrounding did not look like the best area. It was around 11 pm when I arrived, and I had to wait for someone to unlock the front door so I could check in. The room appeared clean but had a very stale odor in the room. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, and the shower had extremely weak water pressure. The hotel room was okay for what I paid through Expedia, but I would have been furious had I paid the regular rate for it.
