“Pleasantly surprised”

Night mgr. gave my request for a ground floor, non-smoking room special consideration. While hotel is not a luxury hotel, it was clean, neat, and the shower fixture superb after a long drive. A great place to stay without losing a lot of money. The lack of cleanliness in hotels is so often mentioned in the news, so I did my own check and was very surprised and pleased that all was well. Just because you don't pay alot for a room does not mean you risk quality. I will definitely stay here again.

“Nice hotel in Charlotte”

Nice place in Charlotte that is centrally located to everything important. Clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Your basic motel room without all the high prices associated with others identical in nature.

“Great inexpensive stay”

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had an incident with the unwanted attention of another guest and the staff took care of the problem immediately. They continued to check on us during our stay to assure we had no other problems.

“Great deal”

I was having friend come in town for a concert and was looking for an inexpensive hotel for all of us to stay in. This one was great! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Its not the fanciest hotel but its a great bargin. The parking lot has security at night which was a big plus. I would recommend it.

“Not impressed”

All the service was overall good, the employees were extremely nice and helpful. My only recommendation is to ask their clerks to cut their hair, it gives a very bad impression to walk into the office and see a person with long and unattended hair ask you for your ID and information.

“Trip to Charlotte”

Pretty nice spot to crash for a couple of days. Very quiet. Employees were friendly. Immediate access to the interstate, and lots of restaurants the next exit down. For the money, it's on the spot !!!

“Knights Inn”

The hotel is away from the main center of town, but it is just off the interstate. We didn't have any complaints. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. It wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was fine and safe for our one night in the city. VERY reasonable price.

Not bad and cheap place to stay over night on your way from/to CLT airport.

“This budget inn provides a good bang for the buck!”

The inn was conveniently located right off the highway. The room was clean, and the check in staff was pleasant and polite and there was minimal noise in surrounding rooms so I was able to get a good night's rest which was all I was looking for at this price point. One thing that did stand out was the phenomenal shower pressure. I haven't had that envigorating of a shower in years. A pleasant surprise!

“Nice room, unusual color scheme”

The room in itself was nice but the area was a little worrisome. Very convenient and accessible from the highway. The colors in the room do not match but that is the only issue I had. Was well worth the money for one night quick stay.
