“Exceptional Room”

Room was large, well decorated, CLEAN. Crisp new sheets with comfortable comforter and a multitude of pillows. Large walk-in shower (water pressure a little low)... Room was quiet and smelled fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive staff, prompt airport shuttle service. Compared to most airport hotels I've stayed at, this place is a slice of heaven.

“I'll be using the Hampton every time I visit Charlotte”

New, very clean, friendly staff, large lounge area, excellent free breakfast, plenty of room, security even went outside with me and my sister's when we smoked, felt safe, shuttle was always available, restaurant next door at the Holiday Inn.

Hotel staff was very friendly and when I was lost, she even stayed on the phone to direct me until I arrived in the front of hotel... Room was very clean and plush... complimentary breakfast was excellent... compare to 5 star hotels I stayed in the past, I really didn't see the difference....except I felt very "cozy" in this hotel... Very Nice...Thank you!

“I was there for a convention and everything worked fine”

“Four Star Hotel Near Charlotte Airport”

Five minutes from airport and car rental lot. Georgeous room. Large flat screen TV, frig, microwave, writing desk, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom. Very quiet the nights I was there. Easy access to major highway. Pool. Business center with working computers and printers. Coffee always available.

“Great Hotel”

We needed a hotel for a one night stay before leaving to go on vacationa from the airport. The rooms were very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable beds! Everything looked new. They had a shuttle service to take us to the airport and we were able to leave the car parked there the week were gone free of charge. When we got back from our trip, the car was safe & it was very easy to contact the shuttle to come pick us up, even at 1:30 am. We only had to wait 5 minutes. Overall we had an excellent experience. would definitely stay here again.

“Great pre-flight option”

We needed a place to stay overnight befpore flying out the next day. Hamp[ton Inn and Suites was a great choice. The staf were very friendlyt and helpoful We booked a romm with a king sized bed, sofa and desk. It was all we hoped for. We appreciated the close proximity to the airport, the free internet in the room and the availability of a shuttle bus to the airport (or to the car rental return office).

“Very Nice Stay and close to the airport”

The hotel was really awesome and close to the Airport. The staff was friendly and nice, and the hotel was very clean and safe feeling. Our room was comfy and I felt as though I had an awesome nights sleep. The only downside was the surrounding area was a bit suspect, as is any area around an airport in a major city.

“A relaxing surprise to the end of a long trip”

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury of the beds and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff, including the gentleman who picked us up quickly from the car rental place were very friendly, although it would have been nice for him to take our bags to our room. I was mistaken that they had a restaurant, but they gave us a menu of a place that would deliver, which was a God send since we just gave up our car and were exahusted. The shuttle was awaiting us at 4:30a.m. and they even had packed us a take away breakfast without requesting, and there was coffee and fruit and yogurt available even at that early hour. You can hear the planes taking off since we were so close to the airport, but they stopped before we went to bed. I would definetly recommend this hotel, especially with the low price to travelers in Charlote.
