“in the heart of downtown charlotte”

i loved the fact that we were in the heart of charlotte downtown. the hotel was perfect! indoor pool,hot breakfast and convient to resturants. we will stay there again.

“Excellent hotel and location”

We choose the Hampton Inn in Charlotte because of its location to the Nascar Hall of Fame. We were very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast that is included was very good, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It is right across the road from the Nascar Hall of Fame so if you are planning a trip there it is the perfect spot. They have a shuttle service which we didn't use because we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. I would definately feel confident recommending this hotel.

“Nice hotel, would stay again.”

Check in was quick and the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was well placed within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and had wi-fi. The breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. We would definitely stay there again.

“Downtown Charlotte's Hampton Inn well worth the stay”

The Hampton Inn in downtown Charlotte fully met our expectations and then some. The room was very comfortable, the location was great, and although the swimming pool was small, it was clean and nice. The breakfast was impressive, with fresh fruit, waffles, eggs and sausage, pastries and breads, and coffee, juice and hot chocolate. The staff was very helpful, as well. We will be back.

“Great for seeing shows at the Time Warner Arena”

Came to Charlotte for the Billy Joel/Elton John concert and this hotel perfect - you can walk to the arena which is just a few blocks away. The hotel also offers a shuttle service. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

“Fine place to stay”

I stayed here about three/four years ago,and it was okay but tired looking. The hotel has been done over completely and looks fine. I especially liked the fitness room (new high-end equipment is always a +++) and the morning breakfast area is especially pleasant as were the people who worked there..

“Comfortable, convenient, affordable”

Chose this hotel since it was near my professional conference but much less expensive than the conference hotel (even with the conference discount). The rooms were very nice and clean, hotel was relatively quiet for an urban hotel (even though it is right next to the Nascar museum which made me a little apprehensive at first). It is easy to walk to restaurants and public transportation from the hotel. I took the city bus from the airport for under $2 and was dropped off a few blocks from the hotel. Whether traveling for business or just visiting Charlotte, I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn.

“Charlotte Uptown is AWESOME!!”

Charlotte Uptown is wonderful and staying at the Hamptom made it even more wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, the food is great and the shuttle made getting around uptown so easy. Can't wait to go back but this time for pleasure only!!

“Very nice staff and EXCELLENT breakfast bar!!!”

The staff was extremely nice... we called the front desk to ask if there was a place close by to purchase water and they gave us some free bottles of water! We were there for the Lady Gaga concert so water was much needed! Also, the breakfast bar was ONE OF THE BEST WE'VE EVER SEEN!!! Thanks for such a great experience for our special show!

“Nascar Hall of Fame”

I took my husband here for his birthday, specifically to go to the Nascar Hall of Fame. Its hard to book online if you never have been to the area. I was not disappointed and neither was he. Perfect location. Left the vehicle parked all weekend and walked everywhere. We will return. The hotel also has a shuttle to take you and pick you up any where within 3 miles.
