We very much enjoyed our overnight stay! This Hampton was very clean and comfortable. The 2 ladies at the front desk were great. I wish I could remember their names. They remebered my name and greeted me each time I left the hotel and each time I came back. Now that is customer service!! Will certainly stay here again next time I am in the area.
I would most definitely stay here again. Super great location

The property is well situated close to shopping and dinning. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. Great spot!

It was a clean and comfortable. This is one of the best areas of Charlotte. Front desk went above and beyond most hotels (even Hamptons Inns in my opinion) accommodating my first floor request. Thanks. I will be back.
Absolutely enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was so beautiful and super clean! Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. The area around the hotel is absolutely stunning, especially during holidays time. Our room looked better than the online photos and staff were very nice and checked us in super quick.
Staff and property exceeded my expectations. Patrick, Hannah, Jeff and all the other staff I was in contact with went up and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you all!
Very close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, easy to drive around. Beautiful area, beautiful homes, nice staff. The only issue we had was the bed was very old and squeaky. Overall great place to stay.
The only issue was trying to split the bill. We were told the bill could be split 3 ways but they are still working to correct errors made.
I would highly recommend cash if splitting or put it on bill.

Awesome hotel. The reception upon entering was amazing. Wonderful shuttle to Southpark Mall with a very conscientious driver. The room was super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was to my liking.
