“Good hotel, not the best neighborhood”

Room was clean, staff were friendly, but the neighborhood is not as desirable as it was in past years. One wonderful discovery, Antonia's Italian Restaurant within a block of the hotel offered a wonderful evening respite of excellent food and gracious hospitality.

“Charlotte getaway”

Within about 4 miles of downtown charlotte and shopping mall. Room was small but nice and was clean. Good hotel pick if you are not planning on staying in the room much.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

very nice hotel. rooms are clean and nice, it's got a fitness center, business center and outdoor pool. complimentary breakfast too. I was satisfied with the hotel for the price I paid.

“Easy access to Charlotte Airport”

The hotel was worth the price. However, we ended up with the room across from the ice maker. We were there for only one night and had early flights the next morning. It was an easy and fast drive to the airport [5 miles].

“Great Staff! Ok room”

I checked in around 6pm and the front desk gentleman was a great guy seriously one tthe nicest guys I ever met .Made me feel instantly welcomed. The room was ok clean and comfy. Air conditioner was a bit loud. All in all a pretty good stay with a very nice freindly staff.

“Four Points Sheraton Charlotte anytime!”

I found everything very satisfactory. I would recommend it anytime. In fact, I recommended it to a friend yesterday. The staff, the cleanliness, the room & service was above average.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, complimentary coffee, flat screen TV.. Next time I'm in Charlotte I plan on staying at the Four Points again.

the room was clean and most important of all quiet. the staff was coridal, helpful and immediately assisted when needed. we asked for a room that was not placed near children and one that was in a quiet area so we could rest and work in peace. this was given to us. another asset is that the hotel is easily accessable to the highways and airport. a very good choice
