“great service..housekeeping great!! will be back..affordable..”

had an item delivered..they held it for me...I arrived very late..2am..I was very tired and impatient..the receptionist was very kind and understanding..Had my pkg.. housekeeping was great ..cleaned every day...the place is definitely not a 4 star...but the people were kind..the rooms were clean..had cable..plenty of hot water...very close to where I had to be...so thank you!! we will be back again...

The room was clean everyday and many hotels don't do that anymore. The few times I had to go to the front desk they were very nice and friendly.

“Good deal for the price”

As a flight attendant, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This hotel has all the amenities you could need: cable, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, pool, free breakfast, and lots of nearby restaurants. The quality of furniture, TV and carpet is low grade but in good condition. Worse feature of the hotel is the front desk staff, as both women had poor attitudes and unwillingness to answer questions. Overall, I would use this hotel again if I was on a restricted budget.

“Great place to sleep”

This hotel wasn't the nicest one that I've ever been to, but it served its purpose. We were there for an all day music festival so we really only used the hotel for a few hours of sleep. It is a short walk from the Metrolina Expo Center and surrounded by several fast food restaurants. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. They did run out of clean towels. (We only received two for a room of four people.) Only complaint: One of the men who worked there (possibly the manager or owner) barged into our room even though we had the do not disturb sign out. We hung it out because we were going to be gone all day and we did not want the cleaning ladies coming in. My husband went back to the room early and I guess surprised the man when he opened the door. My husband watched as that man and the other staff went in every room, some with do not disturb signs hanging. I only mention this because almost every person staying there was at the concert. Seems weird that waited to do "housekeeping" at 5:30.

Average accomidations, next to a lot of eateries. Good late night spot but a little inconvenient if you need to be downtown.

“Cheap hotel/Motel at Cheap price”

will not meet your mother-in-law there, but if you just need a convinient location to sleep and get back onto the highway fast, then this is the place for u. If you are on a budget, then this place is perfect for u

“Not Trump plazza but okay.”

The hotel was okay not the best however for the price and amount days I stayed it was okay. There are some areas that could use a face lift to make the place look cleaner i.e stairwells and outside walls. Some rooms had a small refrigirator and a microwave others didn't. The staff were great people, they did their best to accomodate you.

“Room had not been cleaned!”

The 1st thing I saw when I went into the room was a pair of rolled up dirty black dress socks shoved in the corner or the room. They did "blend in" with the color of the carpet, but if the room had been vacuumed they would have noticed them! There were several hairs stuck to the shower walls, the door didn't seal all the way, so light was coming through as well as extra noise from the highway out front. I had to go to the front desk for wash cloths & hand towels because there weren't any in the room. There wasn't many other guests staying there so it was quiet when I needed to sleep...which was all I did there & I stayed fully clothed. The only positives were good water pressure, & it was convenient & cheap. I won't go back though. I never complained to anyone, because that's just not me...but I expect the room to be clean. Regardless of how cheap it is per night.
