“Hotel is great, easy excess to I85”

I found the Hotel to be affordable, easy airport and I85 excess.

“A Little Disorganized!?!?!?”

Front Desk person was sitting in lounge/restaurant area from time of check-in at 6 and continuing through the evening including while we and other guests had dinner. Was awkward and I thought inappropriate. She also did not have information to help with business services/online/printing of boarding passes. Other than that we LOVED our stay. Everyone else was very competent, helpful and gracious.

“Great Hotel for Travel”

The hotel is very close to CLT Airport and close to Concord Mills Shopping. Stayed there before and International flight - had time to shop at the mall. We had dinner nearby. Shuttle was efficient and on time. Upon return, called and they were at the airport within 10 minutes. Cannot beat this hotel for flying out of Charlotte. I definitely will stay again.

“Excellent Accomodations”

Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed with this hotel. It is only a few minutes from the Charlotte airport which is why we stayed there. The double room was large, clean (with no hotel "odor") and complete with free wireless connection and large flat panel HD TV. In the lobby area there was free popcorn and an "honor bar" section with snacks, soft drinks and, unusual in our experience, alcoholic beverages for sale. There is apparently a restaurant that unfortunately was not open on the night we stayed (Sunday). However, we were given a list of nearby eating establishments. The desk clerks were also very cheerful and helpful. All and all a very positive experience.

I was very satisfied with the Marriott Courtyard facilities. I will probably return to this hotel on future business trips.

This hotel is a little out of the way which is perfect for peace and quiet. Not many resturants around either but it's a great place to stay close to Charlotte.
