Staff was good, fixed the AC in our room quickly since we couldn't get it below 80. Only thing is I think this hotel needs more elevators, it took forever

Had a great stay for my birthday in Charlotte. Right next to time warner arena and endless options to enjoy after. Would definitely return!

I love the Aloft hotel in Uptown Charlotte. Not only is it in the perfect location for all the action, food and entertainment but it is pet friendly as well. Always have a great time whether I'm there alone or with friends.

“Hippest hotel around”

This hotel was very fun and modern. If you like the night life of uptown Charlotte, then this is the place to stay. There was always something going on in or around the hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and friendly. Book the room in advance to save some money though. If you have kids and want a peaceful retreat, then this is not the place for you. There is live music until 2am. If you want something close to EVERYTHING uptown has to offer and you are ready to party all night than this is it!!!!.

“good for short stay/business travel”

ALoft is like a W without the bells and whistles. Be prepared to be self-sufficient - there is no valet to help with a car or luggage. It's a good place for a night or two and for business travel, but I wouldn't want to vacation there. There is not much closet space, so you wouldn't want to try and unpack and put away a lot of stuff. They did have the heavenly bed and bliss products which was a plus. It was attached to the Epicentre so that you had a close place to get something to eat.

Clean, very modern hotel in Epicenter in downtown Charlotte. Hotel was very comfortable with everything you could want within walking distance. Parking garage was a little difficult to find but, for everything else, very worth it.

“Fun, hip hotel”

The A Loft was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. Plenty to do within the immediate area without having to get in your car and drive. Only complaint, when you turn on the bathroom area lights, it lights up the bedroom area, not too great if someone is still sleeping. Overall, however, would recommend to anyone!
