“Good value and location”

Room was very clean and confortable. We experienced a plumbing leak and they sent a repair man up within 10 minutes to fix it.

“Be Firm with your Requests”

We requested a king non-smoking room; we were placed in a queen, smoking, handicapped room. Although clean, I was little uncomfortable about the handicapped room. I would have preferred being given an option. The pool was shared with hotel next door. It was big and very clean.

Breakfast items were often not stocked- but the woman working in the breakfast area was helpful. Side door of hotel was not locked- Rooms still smelled like smoke, but were clean. Sheets did not fit the beds- top sheets were used for bottom sheets- busy hotel,but in need of renovation-

It's a nice place to stay, rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast it's not that good.

This was a pretty decent hotel. However our room was RIGHT next to the ice machine, soda machine, and check-in area. Also being on the bottom floor, I could hear everyone getting up in the morning and toilets flushing. It was a nice, clean room but I was nervous about the parking lot and walking into the back entrance but there was no other option for getting to the room. All in all it worked out well as a last minute trip during New Years, but I am not 100 % sure I would stay again...

Obviously nothing fancy, but exactly what I was looking for at a bargain rate-- clean rooms, a decent continental breakfast, and courteous service.
