“Nice and convenient”

Room was clean, good price.

“A Nice Place”

The staff here at Quality Inn were excellent, the gentleman at the front desk (I wish I had gotten his name but he had dark hair and a beard) was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is right next to the Tanger Outlet Center, so there were several nice restaurants and hotels close by. The room was very clean, but the whole place seemed a little old and the room was kind of damp with a tiny bit of a smell, but not bad at all for the price. Overall, four out of five.

“Quick Trip to Charleston”

We were traveling from home for an overnight stay in Charleston. We had a doctor's appointment the next morning, and we live around three hours away, so we were getting a room the night before to cut back on driving time.

I would most likely not stay here again because at least three other hotels are as close to the Coliseum and offer much nicer accommodations for the same price. Hilton Garden is right next door for the same price. The duvet covers has cigarette burns, the room had a definite odor, the a/c unit functioned erratically (could not turn fan on to rid the room of the odor). The desk staff and the continental breakfast staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast itself was typical, though the dining area was spotless and inviting. Drop the rates, or increase the niceness of the room and I'll be back.

The hotel room and sink were very nice but the bath tub had some dirty stains in it.....

“not worth my 130 bucks and this is why...”

The floors were dirty. There was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom leftover from someone else. The television was very old. They obviously haven't heard of flat screens. Lighting was poor and there was only an old, cracked leather computer chair for seating. So not worth what we paid. And the bath tub was cracked.

“Room was small”

room was small,but clean clerks and amanager very pesonalble,looks like they are working on improving rooms,however on a slim budget,dated tv,not very comfotable due to space wife could not get in and out of bed due to small walkway.the room is a ok place to stay if you are on a tight budget .
