“Clean, recently updated near airport and new mall”

This did not look like much pulling up but for the price the rooms were very nice ,furnishings newer and close to freeways, outlet mall and airport.Hot breakfest was included.

“Good Place to Stay”

Hotel Review: They are upgrading and doing alot of work to the rooms, The first one we got was still in the process of being done . A call to the front desk and we were promptly, and courtesly given a new room. The breakfast bar was well stocked, even when I got there a 1/2 hour before closing. Food was tasty. Staff was friendly. Phone was the only issue, they were searching for the problem as we had no dial rone. I would stay there again. Pool was clean and inviting, however the weather was a bit too chilly. “Excellent Service!”

The shower had a problem with leaking and I called the front desk. A person arrived within minutes to solve the problem. They needed to acquire a new tool to fix the problem and did so immediately. They offered us a new room but the problem was resolved so quickly and with such a professional tone there was no need to switch. I was pleased that they resolved the problem and didn't merely apologize and inconvenience us by making us move to a new room.

“Would Stay Again”

The service was excellent. We had trouble with the room key. Front desk called maintenance and he met me at the room. He opened the door, but advised the front desk that the room was not ready. Maintenance returned to the desk for us, got us another room, brought the keys back, offered to carry our bags and walked us to the new room to make sure everything was okay. He apologized for the inconvenience. The room was fine and breakfast was delicious and the service there was very good as well.

“North Charleston Inn Hotel”

Excellent deal for the price. The overall experience was good I cant complain about anything, I got more than what I paid for so I would strongly recomend it if you are looking for a good deal.

“Charleston's most cost effective low cost motel”

Quiet, comfortable bed, great hot breakfast. Some minor maintenance problems but nothing unusual for older motel.

“WIll stay again”

I have stayed here 2 times and will stay again. The price is right and a concern of mine is SAFETY. I have not had any problems both times I stayed there. It is an older hotel but for the price what can be expected? It is close to shopping, interstate, and downtown.

“MISCOMMUNICATION AT BEST DEFENSE”

IT TOOK THE CLERK 45 MINUTES TO CHECK US IN. IT SEEMS THERE WAS A FOOTBALL GAME IN AREA AND THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL BOOKED THE FOOTBALL TEAM AND WE WERE TOLD WE COULD NTO STAY FRIDAY NITE ALTHOUGH WE HAD PREPAID FOR IT. THEN THEY TELL US WE CAN STAY UNTIL FRIDAY "UNTIL THEY DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH US". THE ROOM WAS FAIRLEY CLEAN, IT CATERS TO CONSTURCTION WORKERS, STILL OK FOR THE PRICE. BUT NOT KNOWING WHETHER WE HAD A ROOM FOR ALL 3 DAYS WAS A REAL BUMMER.THEY WOULD NOT TELL US ANYTHING BEFORE FRIDAY AM, IF WE COULD STAY OR NOT. I CAN TELL YOU NOT HAPPY WITH OFFICE PROCEDURES AND STAFFING MISCOMMUNICTATION
