We found the hotel reasonable, the staff welcoming. There were a number of restuarants within a short driving distance.

Me and my son were looking for an inexpensive stay for our first time in Charleston; we did not expect what we got for our money. The service was great; especially the weekend room keeper and the maintenance dept. The pool was better for us then visiting the sites, and when were ready to sight see the front desk was very helpful in helping us get around. We will surely stay there again. Do let other reviews keep you away, you won't regret it.

“Clean, easy access to highways.”

We wanted easy access to downtown Charleston without having to pay downtown Charleston prices. The room was a good size, clean, and affordable. We liked it so much that on our return road trip we stayed at another La Quinta Inn in Indiana and liked it just as much. We will seek out La Quinta Inn's in the future of our travels.

“Nice place to stay at!”

In Charleston for family wedding. Enjoyed two night stay at La Quinta. Very clean, both room and grounds and easy location near interstate. Continental breakfast is great, don't miss it! Only 15 minutes from downtown area.

The only thing that could improve as far as we are concerned is cleaning the outside of the Hotel walls.

very clean, excellent staff, rooms comparable to much more expensive hotels. La Quinta hotels have become my #1 choice on business trips and this location is one of the best. there are newer hotels in this area @the same price range but La Quinta is still my first choice in North Charleston.

Hotel very clean, not fancy but very clean. Door did not lock properly and they gave me a room that some one else was still registered for and had left their suitcase in the room.... Everything was corrected but confusion did exist...no big deal.

Hotel was great!!! i read alot of negative comments, but the hotel was clean, the AC worked perfect, housekeeping were very kind. Front desk was always helpful! The pool was nice and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean!!!

“Charleston's best, affordable hotel!”

My wife and I and our two Cocker Spaniels took a long weekend trip to Charleston. After reading several reviews of other hotels in Charleston, La Quinta was by far the best rated hotel for the money. I've stayed there before, but couldn't really recall any details, but our recent trip confirmed its great reviews. If you're looking for a convenient and quality place to stay all at an affordable price - La Quinta in North Charleston's the place to stay. They're very pet friendly and even though they're right off the interstate, it's a quiet place to stay as well. Next time we go to Charleston I won't even bother looking elsewhere.
