“Great stay!”

We were checking out the Charleston area, looking to relocate. The hotel is close to the airport without being at the airport and is convenient to everything. VERY friendly staff, from the front desk to the airport shuttle driver and housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again!

“Impressed”

Our stay there was wonderful...! From the sweet lady who picked us up in the Airport Shuttle to the front desk clerks to the cleaning lady everyone was so nice, helpful and just wonderful. The rooms were so comfortable and clean it was just a very pleasant stay. Was there for my sons graduation from the Navy Power School and it just made it all the more pleasant!

“Great for airport convenience.”

It was the solution to our early morning flight out. The shuttle provided us to return our rental car the night before, get a ride from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport for our 6am flight out. The hotel was very comfortable.

“Worth every penny!!!”

1500 characters to describe this hotel is not enough... I recomend renting a car; your 2 min. from the Airport, 2min. from the outlet mall, 15 min. from downtown Charleston, and tops... a half hour to the beach. Most everything you want to do is right there. The hotel was very welcoming, very clean, including the pool, fitness area, and our room. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The shuttle driver even offered extra assistance if we need it. PEOPLE... tip your shuttle driver because there more than just your driver, they are also your concierge, and your belleman. They don't make as much as you think and rely on your tips in exchange for their tips and advice. Overall staff was very friendly and prompt. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay again. I look at Holiday Inn's in a new ligh:)

“Clean and convienent”

I have stayed there both times I have gone to Charleston. It is very close to the airport and easy to find. It is very clean and modern decorations. The staff was incredibly friendly--probably the nicest I have ever seen.

“Fabulous staff”

During the booking process, I booked two rooms - each with a queen bed. However, upon arrival to the hotel, I learned that they only had rooms with king beds available. I needed two separate sleeping areas in one room (3 guys - not fitting into one king bed!) so the frontdesk staff immediately starting seeing what they could do to accomodate me and the rest of my group. They quickly offered a junior suite (king bed and pullout sofa) and assured me there would be not additional charge for this "upgrade" - this was there way of meeting my needs. They were able to place us on the same floor and across the hall from each other so this was another plus! Even though there was a mishap (not on the hotel's end), the staff was wonderful and made sure to make me a happy customer at the end of the day! The rooms are quite spacious and the junior suite was ridiculously large (double vanity!). The only downside to the hotel is that they do NOT offer a continental breakfast of any sort. There is a restaurant in the hotel and you may, of course, eat there. There's also a Denny's literally in the parking lot so we chose to eat there instead. The rooms are clean. The staff is great. Even better - it's super close to Tanger Outlets!

“Beautiful Hotel”

Our 4th trip to Charleston, but the first time we stayed outside of the historic district and would do so again. Extremely convenient to shopping, dining, airport and an easy 10 min drive into the city. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were very comfortable. However, the Coliseum is across the road and our stay was the same weekend of a rock and roll concert. Needless to say, there were a lot of noisy and intoxicated college students outside the lobby, in the lobby and roaming the halls. There was even a passed out woman in the hallway. While the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they did not do anything to keep the crowd controlled. I would stay here again, but I will also check the venue at the Coliseum.

The front desk was very helpful in helping me with restaurant options. The shuttle bus staff was the best around. They were friendly and courteous.They aleays brought me to the convention center in a timley matter and I was never late for my classes.
