“Good value near Univ of Charleston”

I stayed one night at the hotel and was very satisfied with the accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good with many restaurants near by. The AC unit was relatively quiet and linens were all very fresh and clean. A couple of minor repairs in the room could have been better made, but the average guest wouldn't have even noticed them. If I go back to Charleston and need a room, I will definitely consider staying there again if the rates remain good. The breakfast was continental, so I didn't eat there in the morning but went to one of the nearby restaurants. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Enjoyed staying here. The hotel was only 13 minutes away from where we went for our family reunion. So it was very convenient for us. Thank You.

“great location and great price!”

We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Charleston! It was conveniently located around several placed we needed to be. It was located near some great restaurants. the breakfast area was small for the amount of rooms but had a variety of foods. We would stay there again!

“Room was great Service desk staff were not friendly”

Arrived late in the evening and the night desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was making her work. She was not friendly. Fast-forward to the morning, upon checking out, I asked for a receipt and was quite rudely told that since I had booked through a travel website that I would receive my receipt from the website. I was pleasantly suprised at how clean and nice the rooms at the Days Inn in Charleston, WV were. If you value customer service, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

“Upsetting”

We reserved 2 rooms as a travel stop for a late arrival as we travelled to the east coast so we arrived late. My son's room had roaches which wasn't acceptable. My daughter in law spoke with the front desk who didn't seem at all surprised and said they would contact me since the reservation was in my name. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone about this complaint. When we first arrived I thought the rooms were fine, seemed clean, but after this happened we were not willing to recommend this hotel to others.

“Good hotel for what it was”

Got booked at this hotel because my original reservation at a different hotel was unable to be reserved due to over booking. This hotel was right across the street from the other hotel. It was very clean service was good. Great fro an overnight or weekend stay, but expedias service made it an even more enjoyable stay... I will always use expedia!!!!

“Good for an overnight while traveling”

We stopped late one evening on a long road trip. The surrounding area wasn't too great. There is a bar right there in the parking lot that it looked a little shady, but we didn't hear any noise from the establishment. Once in our room, it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It is right off the interstate and there was a gas station right there for a quick fill up. We left very early before the breakfast, so I don't know how that was. We were traveling with two school aged children. I would probably stay there again for this kind of stop.
