“Good Quality for Your Money”
The staff was very pleasant. I asked for extra pillows and got them right away with no complaints. The room was very clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected. Overall I would love to stay there again. It was very comfortable.

“Loved It!”
We needed a place the kids and I could relax and swim while Daddy was in meetings. This place was PERFECT! The slide in the pool room was definitely the highlight for the kids. The comfy beds and pillows in the room were the highlight for me. The pool is small and all one depth, but that is to accommodate the slide. It was never a problem for us. The hot tub was perfectly hot and everything was clean! No mold or mold stains! The only problem we ran into was no bathroom near-by for the kids. The bathrooms across from the pool are not to be used by pool patrons. The rooms were also very clean. The bathroom had no mold or mold stains. The beds were wonderful comfortable and the pillows were perfect - one firm and one soft down-alternative. In fact, I checked and you can actually BUY these pillows! The bedding also was perfect for the weather and very comfortable with soft throw blankets for curling up without getting into bed. The breakfast was incredible. I eat low-carb and struggle finding good breakfast food at hotels. Not here! Everyone can eat healthy and plenty and start off the day right. The staff was over-the-top helpful and wonderful. We were extremely impressed. They even opened the slide in the morning for us so the kids could go down with Daddy (since he had been in meetings the night before). One of the best staffs we've experienced. All of this for an extremely reasonable price! We will definitely be going back!
“Friendly staff, great service!”
The people we encountered that work at this hotel were simply great. They took excellent care of us. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was perfect. If you have a room with a view to the East, catching the sun popping up above the treeline might be worth your while. Great place to stay. We'll be back!
“Great Value that Exceeded Expectations”
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chanhassen in October 2009. It booked it as part of last minute trip for an event in Chanhassen. The room was cheap and I only needed it for one night, so I wasn't expecting much beyond a clean place to stay. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel was very well maintained. I learned that it was only five years or so old, so nothing was run down. The room was clean and a great size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room had a flat screen TV and a great channel lineup including cable. The staff were courteous and friendly (though most Minnesotans seem to be). I have no complaints at all. I could have stayed here much longer. I will stay again when I return to Chanhassen.
