One morning we could only get lukewarm water. I reported to the front desk and all they would say was, "Wait 45 minutes." They offered no apology or real concern.

Ok stay
The stay was good we stayed 2 nights only 2 small hickups every time we left hotel the pass keys wouldn't work for the outside doirs or the room and had to be rescaned. And both days the showers were luke warm .

Cleanliness concerns
Pleasant staff. However the room we stayed in was less than desirable. There was an old rag hanging on the shower, there was hair in the tub jets, stains on the carpet, bedside lamp broken button didn’t allow use. The room is needing updates and I’d presume that’s the same thing for the other rooms too. This was a one night stay, a place to sleep and we weren’t impressed by the room and cleanliness inside of it.

This is in a nice location. Different food options very close. Felt very safe. It is a very nice property.

We enjoy the area. It's safe and pleasant. The staff are friendly. However, the facility is not the cleanest. I imagine they are short on help like everyone else. The housekeeping is adequate, but cleanliness isn't great. The breakfast quality is not very good...transparent, rubbery bacon, cold food, even though the warmers are on. We stay here when we attend Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, to it's convenient.

There was a lot of trouble with the key cards. We had to get new key cards after the first day. The key cards would not work for the fitness center or the pool and even the front desk people couldn’t get the door open. So we couldn’t work out.

Cold Shower
The first shower in the morning was cold in less than 5 minutes, so my wife did not even get to shower this morning. The shower curtain has mold on the bottom of it.

Our king bed suite was over booked. They were good enough to give us an upgraded king suite but not without some pushback. The reason for the overbooking was that we booked through a third party ( Hotels.com ) and we were a later check in. Even though we had paid for the room in full.

The front desk staff - Vinisha and Jeff - were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Our TV didn't work, and we were immediately transferred to another room. They both made our visit very enjoyable.

Love the location (by Chanhassen Dinner Theater) with friendly service. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Unfortunately in our room we could hear conversations in the next room clearly, and outside noise could be heard. Our bathroom sink did not drain well, but we had a nice hot shower and the bed was comfortable.

Centrally Located and Very Nice
Very convenient to the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre. There are plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores and other handy businesses. The hotel is clean, and quiet. I stay here frequently.

Did the job. Very basic and dated and the room was a bit smelly (despite having already moved rooms due to the smell of the first one) but room was large and the bed was comfortable and the shower was good and the location was great (particularly for a visit to Paisley Park). Breakfast was disappointing but was edible and sufficient to keep us going until lunchtime.

We arrived early and were able to get an early check-in. The outside of the building was nicely painted, but the room was a bit run down and had a smell. They do not provide cleaning service for the rooms until you check out. Our garbage piled up and there were ants in the bathroom.

We stay here every time we are in the area. It's clean, the beds are comfortable. Their breakfast is the best with hot eggs, breakfast potatoes & many other food options.

Front desk staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The gal that worked evenings was fantastic! The room initially smelled like a well used locker room but the staff gave me some spray for the odor which worked well. Shower had mold in the grout. Aside from these two items the room was convenient and quiet. Had a really good time.

2nd Time's Not Quite What It Used 2B
I stayed here last summer so I was surprised this time around that: 1) the front desk clerk gave us a horrible room with NO A/C, a 2nd TV that didn't work and supposedly (for the 2 days we were there) they were "...booked..." (which WASN'T TRUE but because we're a gay couple...). We won't be going there again.
