They do a terrific job with kids and families at Great Wolf Lodge. I brought my 6-1/2yo daughter here for a few days over Spring Break and quickly learned that it was more than just a hotel with an indoor water park. They have many other activities, most of which are pay-to-play not surprisingly, but the one that surprised me the most was that they host group activities in their Lobby (Great Room? Fireside Room?) such as little dance parties for the kids each night, story time during the day and what appeared to be a stretching or yoga-style workout in the morning. These activities are free for everyone to participate and were easily the best way for kids and families to make new friends. They do a good job of performing standard nightly cleaning with the water park and it felt like everyone felt safe and comfortable there overall, but you could tell that the place never gets much of a break from the constant use of hundreds of people everyday and exposure to it's own nonstop wet & humid indoor environment. Feels like it could benefit from an extended maintenance campaign where they deep clean everything and complete repairs to even the smallest items like replacing the fill & spill buckets on the water castle that you can see have taken a beating, rusted in places and been painted over countless times. No concern with safety, just things that probably need a little more down time to fix than the place gets overnight. Their lifeguards and entire staff are terrific though!

The hotel was so busy and noisy. The pool area was dirty and Front service staffs didn't help me. The restaurants and fast foods were terrible.

This is an amazing spot for kids. Spend all day in the waterpark, take a break in the arcade, do the MagiQuest or take part in a free kiddie event on site. The staff were generally great, but a couple of the younger staff complained of being "bored" in front of visitors like myself. That said, most of the young staff were terrific. One young lady made us two giraffes and her attitude was exceptional. Also the MagiQuest lady is delightful. So kid friendly, highly recommend.

Parking is charged now. Be aware. The park closes really early. There is limited things to do for the kids after it closes who are older than 10. Buffet isn't great. Restaurant food was good. It's a very expensive vacation for what you get. However everyone is very nice. And it's pretty clean.

It’s an ecosystems within.. no need to venture out for food or fun.. also food options are but limited but what ever they have is good.. pizza, burger nuggets all good!! Rides are in good shape and nothing was out of order for duration of our stay. Place was clean and staff was courteous and concierge and stores have hospitality in mind and prices for things within lodge is not too bad at all!!! All good things and perfect getaway with your little ones!

Great wolf lodge is great for a 1-2 day stay, lots of activities for kids. Rooms have paper thin walls and kids running everywhere plus magic quest that sends kids all over the lodge = noisy rooms. Since the remodel, rooms are nice and clean feeling.

Overall a fun trip with the kids! A couple critiques were the elevators were so slow that we used the stairs all the time (all the way to the 7th floor), it would also be nice if the Magi Quest computers were up and running before 9am for the early risers. For the amount of people there though everything went well. Lots to do. The staff we talked to were all very nice.

This was our second time staying there. Our kids love it, so we will be back. The hotel room and the bathroom were probably the cleanest I’ve seen in a hotel. The water park facilities were very clean as well considering the number of people there. The pizza and pasta were very good and surprisingly not expensive.

Front desk very good Room floor very dirty & no linen for the fold out bed Poop in the wave pool Pool restrooms dirty & over crowded Pool Area over crowded, Not Enough Seating! Trying to get a locker it charged me twice!! Need a refund for that! Time to wait for fast food was to long! The employees were working there tail off. Buffet food was not very good for the price! It seems to me that your renovation is turning into all about the might Dollar than Quality. The charge for the paw pass, considering what the kids got. Was way too Expensive. I would love to talk to your sales people and management. I would show them where they could make simple improvements to make there customers feel. They were getting more bang for there buck.
