The hotel is located a ten-minute walk from the Old City and right near the Night Market and yet the grounds are lush and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with an eye to detail. There are plenty of places to lounge or work.

This hotel is a steal! The rooms are very nice, with nice bathrooms, a tv, and large bed. The bed is a bit hard, but that's everywhere in Asia. The comforter and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom had a waterfall shower which was really nice. Oh! And air conditioning - key.
The hotel was located within a 10 minute walk to the city center - night market, restaurants, shops, etc. It was a great location that was close enough to stuff, but also in a quieter area. Felt safe too.
We never made it to the hotel cafe, but it looked really nice with outdoor seating. The hotel staff will also arrange tours for you if you'd like.
was not clean, bed was good but bathroom was stained , white grout had turned black or fallen out, toilet leaked, shower pressure low, shower curtain mouldy. AirCon was good, upgrading to a better room was difficult, manager said it wasn't possible even though there were only a few people resident
We stayed two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was good. At night, we enjoyed going through te many shops around the hotel and then when we decided to go to sleep we found a comfortable and quiet place to rest.
I loved this place. It's not luxury, but its very acceptable. The staff is very nice, The room rate is good. I got the upgraded room and it was very large. After looking around a bit, its a good price if you want to be within walking distance of everything including restaurants, spas, etc. Food is only fair, but easy to find nearby. I would go again.
The check in to the hotel went smoothly, hotel was splendid inside foyer and beyond. I think first impressions help and it definitely made a good first impression. The rooms were as described and very nice. The bed was super comfortable.
My partner and I stayed 8 nights and I could not fault the hotel. The staff were professional and polite.
If I stay Chiang Mai again I will definitely be staying here again!
