Worst experience on a hotel. Look other options.
This hotel start showing his age and need to be remodeled. Let's start. Since part in a lower level below ground, it has a smelly sewer. Stairs to go up into lobby has no climate control and just regular temperature and for Hermosillo then to be high and hot. Floors are dated and need to be changed. Room has small toilets very outdated. My room has a hole on ceiling and no extra pillow. In order to use an iron for your clothes you get a tiny iron board and for me very hard to use. Hair dryer didn't work and no staff available on midnight. This can be easily changed.

No hot water, unable to provide a clear answer to the problem. The condition of the rooms are less than desirable. This is obviously an old hotel that's in great need of care. Little amenities that you normally expect in a hotel that's three or four star this did not have. Little things such as a cup in the bathroom for assistance in the end of the day activities we're missing. The coffee maker has just one cup inadequate for two in the room. This could hardly be called a three or four star hotel

Hotel has been neglected for many years and is in complete disrepair, not to mention the lack of attention to basic functions and amenities in a room. The lights switches weren't working when I walked in, the shower made a really loud noise when running, there were NO towels AT ALL in the bathroom, and when I tried calling front desk I notice the telephone did not have a line connected to the phone jack...it was literally a 'decoration' item. Overall the rooms look dirty, and old, the bathrooms are particularly in bad shape, and they don't seem to putting any money into it.... Service was very bad too. I walked into the Lobby around 9:30 pm, and there was no one there, and I waited for over 5 minutes, without anyone in sight,... finally I yelled and whistled and someone came out running... Its a total joke... they simply have no idea how to run a hotel.... save yourself the troubles and frustration, look elsewhere...

Old hotel , needs massive renovation, super outdated with old smell, hygiene not at a hotel level. It should be downgraded to a mad motel. I am blown away on how cheap this hotel is. My family didn’t feel confortable and secure

The room was comfortable and clean. There was no microwave and no refrigerator, which could have helped make the room more comfortable. The shower bathtub had a very slow drain so water was backing up while showering. The toilet had a very limited pressure when flushing. Other than that the room and stay was ok.
