“Beautiful Location”

Evidently,all the rooms face the bay giving each room a marvelous view of the bay &/or ocean. You can sit at the window & watch the fishermen, clam diggers, beach combers & seals or you can walk the beach yourself. Beautiful trail to the ocean. Also, the hotel is situated in a historic neighborhood, very pedestrian friendly & quaint. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & responsive & the free breakfast in the morning was good: waffles, muffins, coffee, juice. Had a great time.

“Our trip to Lincoln City”

For the price the room was excellent with a fabulous location, relaxing surroundings, a deck view of the ocean and all around relaxing comfort. A great place to stay and we'll come back again....

Area recommendations
All of Lincoln City. A great little town on the beautiful Oregon Coast. After all it is on the Pacific Coast, the coast with character.

“Siletz Bay Lodge weekend”

An effective motel on the Oregon coast. Not plush, exotic, but comfortable. Rooms are clean, good view of Siletz Bay. Neat Oregon coast vistas with crabbers fishing, sea lions across the inlet, flotsam littered beaches. Cool on an August day. Breakfast provided: convenience story quality, carbs, not protein or fruits. Overall, quite acceptable.

“crabbin by.the bay”

Enjoyed the stay. Went crabbing in the bay and had a crab bake on the beach with the family. Fireworks on the 4th were excellent. One of the best vacations ever.

“More than HAPPY!”

At the last minute, our family made plans to go to Lincoln City. We wanted to see the sunset and comb the beach. We would not be spending much time in our room/hotel. After checking out many hotels in the area, I decided to book at Siletz Bay Lodge to save money. Yes, I read positive and negative reviews--everyone had both. I decided to take my chances, and our whole family was very satisfied! The view was great, walking distance to Moe's and the beach was convenient. I don't think we could have been happier! I'll choose this hotel again!

“Great staff but horrible bedding...”

The staff at the hotel was great. They would go out of their way to help you and provide extra of whatever you needed. I wish I could say the bedding was as great as the staff. The beds used flat instead of fitted sheets. The sheets of course would pull out from the bed and wad up under me every night. Then on top of that the mattress had no support...

“Cozy by the Beach”

Went to the coast for a shopping trip to the outlet center and coastal specialty shops. Room provided base for treking out to the area for shopping and a bit of site seeing. Continental breakfast got us off to a good start of the day.

“Very average motor inn”

Not nearly as nice as when we stayed there several years ago. Room was across the hall from the laundry facility (very noisy) and phone did not work. Staff very accommodating in changing us to another room. Sink faucet in new room not working properly and you could see on the wall where the headboard had been removed but the room had new carpet (appears they are installing new carpet throughout). Continental breakfast was very mediocre compared to other hotels at which we have stayed. Will try another hotel on our next trip to the area.
