Hi Brittney, I looked into your reservation and it looks like you booked our Sea King room. It is a standard king room without a hot tub or view. Our hot tub rooms are not available via 3rd party booking, just our direct website. We do recommend to all of our guests that they contact us directly to make sure that they are getting the room that they intended to prior to booking.

Hi Tara, Looking into your reservation, it looked like you booked your stay at 5:30am on Saturday and wanted to check in at 6am, when we didn't have a vacant room to check you into. Check in time is 4pm. You were informed of this upon your attempted check in at 6am and told to check back around 2pm, to which you never returned. You then tried to cancel your reservation, but there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, which you agreed to when you booked this reservation. For future last minute bookings, please call hotels prior to booking to see if you can check in 10 hours early.

Hi Cody, We are sorry to hear about your fireplace not working upon your arrival. The front desk agent did offer to bring you a heater but you said you were able to get your fireplace working.

Hi Tani, I had to look into your reservation to see if there were any indications as to why you did not enjoy your stay. The only thing that I could find is that we had to move you from a partial view room with one queen bed to a non view room with two queen beds due to what I can only think of is you having a child/children with you. We do have specific rooms that allow children. We do like to inform all of our guests that if they put in their reservation that they are bringing children, only the rooms that allow children will show up as an option to book. But you only put 2 adults, which is why the room you did book appeared on your list of options.

Hi Dominique, The room type you stayed in is quite small, but perfect if you're just staying in to sleep! We wish the rooms had bigger bathrooms as well, but with the limited space and older hotel, it makes it difficult unfortunately. We do hope to see you again next time you are in the area. The Beach King suites are very spacious and include a private hot tub on the balcony!
