The staff at this hotel are wonderful, as is the hotel itself. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is also great, being in walking distance to many tavernas, coffee shops and markets.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent!!! The Beautiful, polite & very professional staff make this Hotel outstanding!! Thanyou everyone for making our stay wonderful, to Maria,John,Nkoletta & the girls in the massage & spa area fantastic!! Everyone who stays here should have a massage & a swim just beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The room was fine but quite small. Breakfast was OK and the spa was nice , but by U. S. standards the jacuzzi was lukewarm at best. If you have a car parking is an issue. However, overall I had a nice stay.

This hotel is right in heart of the city, next to Aristotle Square so everything is easily walkable. It is also quiet and the room and other areas of the hotel were clean and modern. The breakfast was lovely and there was always plenty of seating available. If you have an early morning tour they will happily provide a breakfast box to take with you. But above all this the best thing about the hotel was the friendly, helpful staff, who really were exceptional. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The personal touch!
Oh my goodness this was such a good find! A bargain available at the last minute on a busy weekend and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful! The free 10 minute massage by handsome young William was divine and the spa a relaxing diversion from the bustling city on your doorstep. This hotel set itself apart with the personal touch quite literally! Breakfast was a buzzy insight into the Greek way of life and with everything you could want served late to excited and happy families. A great value hotel.

The hotel is greatly located, walking distance to all the main central areas. It an old hotel but it has recently been renovated.

Inaccurate description,great location, comfy room
Renovated old hotel with great location but with inaccurate information about facilities and overated star quality level. Parking is none existant since has only 5 side street spots on first come first served basis. They would not hold it for us to transfr car from paid garage.SO, plan to pay a full service garage at 15eur per day. Rooms are nice and comfy. Breakfast solid. Location great, but hot tub is not hot, pool is more like large tub, but dry sauna and hamam is worth using. Hotels.com did not state that spa is extra charge, so thums down for Egnatia Palace and Hotels.com on that. Staff mostly very friendly but it seems that owners are still suffering from adding extra star just because they renovated furniture ( 4 star hotels anywhere in the owrld come with superior amenities and service). Oh yes, shower has a weird design and water will spray on the floor around the bathroom.

Great location as you are in the centre of it all. That also means there will be lots of activity around. Lots of shopping and places to eat available. Close to the water.

A hotel in the heart of the city, a short distance above an attractive place. A 4-star hotel that definitely deserves it...the smile at the room reception to the help desk from the night employee (Yani) who was amazing and helped us with every request. Good breakfast, small spa, but, definitely a find! The suite is large and spacious. highly recommend!!!

We stayed last week for two days in room 110.The location is great. Even if the room was a bit small, it had everything. The staff is incredible, especially the lady who cleaned our room was amazing. The breakfast was great and the staff in the restaurant very helpful. Definitely, I would go there again.

Egnatia palace hotel is perfectly located. Right around the corner from the square. It has been recently renovated so the room was very well decorated, clean and spacious. We were upgraded for free so that was very nice. They provide massages at the spa which is very nice to have after a long day of walking and shopping. I will definitely go back there!

Nice hotel with nice crew in the center..
We liked the hotel and crew. We took 2 rooms as a family. The rooms are not big enough to stay as a 4 member familly Breakfast was good. The restorant and the service was not bad. The crew was polite and helpfull. We were lucky the crew helped us to park our car in front of hotel in the center which is so hard to find parking.. overall we liked the hotel..

All was excellent particularly enjoyed the spa and amazed by the pure honeycomb as part of the lavish breakfat. My stay was a very welcome one having travelled from Austria in an assortment of accomodation. I crashed out for several hours on the first, the luxury was bliss.

Kind crew but my room (like many others) facing the street. The windows are not isolated and the hotel located by very crowds road and junction. Impossible to sleep. Basic but good breakfast tough.

Boutique hotel. Renovated about 1 year ago. Room a bit small but very nicely designed. Staff very friendly and professional. Nice young lady from restaurant packed us a nice custom made picnic bag on the last night when we left very early in the morning. A bit annoying is that you have to pay €10 to use the spa (per person, per day). Location was very good, right by market and taverna restaurants. 5-10 minutes walk to Aristotle square and international stores like Zara, H&M, Mango etc. Breakfast was a bit small but still had many items. Nice cappuccino coffee machine. You can take a #45 bus to Mediterranean Cosmos shopping center (cost €1 each way). Supermarket Masoutis about 1 block away. Eve Spa about 2 blocks away. Would come again.

Excellent new hotel. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and great breakfast! Location safe and convenient. My room was a little small but not unusual for Europe. Only wish hotels in Europe had face cloths and tissue box.

The hotel is clean and the staff especially at the front desk is extremely helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location of the hotel is close to Aristotle square. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, very clean, modern decor. Everything was fabulous EXCEPT that the pool and spa are run by a different company and were trying to charge us $10 euros per person $5 euros per child to swim. There was nothing explaining this in Expedia when I booked, and still nothing in the fine print. The hotel made an exception for us but after a difficult conversation.
