“Quiet, inexpensive, good breakfast included”

This hotel is near railway station and the city center promenade (within couple of minutes walk) and still very quiet. Breakfast is really nice, is included to the price (which is fair compared to other hotels nearby). Hotel is somewhat old, and not too many amenities but if you want to just have decent sleep and tour around in town, this is a good choice. Friendly stuff.

“Great location - Friendly staff”

Would stay here again. Conveniently located to pedestrian shopping area and museums as well as the train station. Friendly staff. Parking can be tricky (limited spaces) but if you park in their outdoor spaces (instead of garage) - it's free - which is a definite money saver. Breakfast is buffet - plentiful and good variety of food offered.

Area recommendations
Any neighborhood. Jyväskylä is a relatively small town. Easy to walk around and see the sights. Staying near the center is good if one has no car. Many things to see / do within walking distance of the town center.
Traveller's tip
For Architecture buffs: the Alvar Aalto Museum is a must see! A definite highlight of our trip.

“Hotel Cumulus Jyvaskyla”

Hôtel très confortable et calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain également. Proche des commerces et des transports. A recommander.

“Bien mais pas top”

Super bien placé mais attention pas de clim dans les chambres et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres donc en été s'il fait chaud !!!

“hotel Cumulus à Jyväskylä”

Personnel très disponible et accueillant. Situation de l'hotel idéale pour découvrir la ville et ses environs: à 50 m de l'office du tourisme et des gares routières et ferroviaires. Restaurant tout à fait convenable; buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Lits confortables mais propreté de la chambre à améliorer.

Area recommendations
Ile de Saynatsalo avec la mairie conçue par Alvar Alto. Ile de la femme (oute petite mais avec un charmant salon de thé)
