“Great location, good facilities, poor service, limited food options”

The hotel is in a great location for the lake and the standard of cleanliness and the facilities are all very high - what you would expect from a convention hotel. The service in this hotel was dreadfully poor - from check in to check out there was no attempt to engage with us at all through our 5 night stay. The menu choices at lunch and dinner are extremely limited, the waiting staff in the Laguna restaurant were inefficient and unhelpful and the whole time we were there the lobby bar was only open once! The adjoining Gig bar is a nice place to go for a busier night out but a quiet nightcap is impossible at this hotel. The reception team were particularly unhelpful e.g. unable to recommend (or call!!) any local restaurants. We would stay again for the convenience factor but would do our own research on other places to eat.

“excelent hotel perfect location for the Iron Man”

only 2 notes: 1.the payment did not include local tax that I didn't know of. we had another order to this hotel from an agency that included that price. 2.the order did not include breakfest it was also not very clear.

“Alberto”

Albergo bello e confortevole. Personale gentile e professionale. Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal fatto che la SPA aprisse solo a mezzogiorno. I dintorni sono molto belli perciò ho rimediato con una bella passeggiata lungo il lago.

“Einfacht Tolllll !”

Super Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man sich nur wünschen kann. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, perfekte Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, und was in solchen Hotels nicht üblich ist ein Restaurant mit einem gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Lage ist 1a direkt am Wörther See und die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Alles in Allem sehr gerne wieder !
