“Verpaßte Chance einer 4-Sterne-Herberge”

Empfang in der grossen, modern gestalteten Eingangshalle ist wie man es erwartet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer sind sauber und mit den in 4-Sterne-Hotels gewohnten Leistungen ausgestattet. Der Altbau ist etwas für Nostalgiker (knarrende Holzdielen). Die Gastronomieräume sind modern, die angebotene Leistung ist aber nur Durchschnitt. Im Umfeld des Hotels sind eine ganze Reihe von sehr guten, gutbürgerlichen Lokalen, wo bedeutend preiswerter und in gemütlicherer Atmosphäre gespeisst werden kann. Gut dagegen ist das angebotene Frühstück. Hier wird man vom diskret, freundlichen Personal bedient. Das Angebot ist wirklich reichhaltig - Tageszeitung inklusiv. Der Service ist für ein 4-Sterne-Haus nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. Wir waren am Neujahrstag doch sehr enttäuscht, das ab dem späten Nachmittag im kompleten Hotel keine Getränke und Imbisse zu erhalten waren. Dazu war der ausgewiesene 24-Hotel-Service auch nicht verfügbar (verwunderlich auch bei weiteren 25-30 weiteren Hotelgästen). Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten zur Einkaufstrasse bzw. die Messe ist ca. 10 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Im Stadtzentrum ist für jeden etwas zu erblicken. Taxen parken direkt vor dem Hotel.

Leider haben wir nur die Innenstadt kennenlernen dürfen. Die hat es in ich. Von der Bauweis vergleichbar mit Salzburg - nur erheblich weitläufiger. Wir waren zur Jahreswende da,wir waren beeindruckt. Für Shopping-Touren bietet sich ein Shopping-Center (Arkaden) an. Etwa 10 Geh-Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.

“Hotelsandwirth, een prima business hotel, goede centrumligging.”

Een zakelijk hotel, niet bijzonder gezellig, zeer goed ontbijbuffet, grote kamers, kleine badkamer en zeer langzaam internet (wel gratis!).

“Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht!”

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist für ein 4Stern-Hotel nicht akzeptabel (1wöchiger Aufenthalt - kein Saugen des Bodens!)
