“Great family vacation and resort/park activity, strongly recommended again.”

Overall great park, v. good hotels. Staff were v. friendly, Excellent buffets both breakfast and dinner with great value for money. I would strongly recommended to all families if they have a chance to go. I would recommed hotels to get ice makers in all floors and much preferable if they get small fridges in rooms. Also the park closed early on Sunday eve @ 8 pm, then express train stopped same time, we had to walk all the way to our hotel from the end of the park after v. tiring day. They should have kept the train going at least 30-40 min after closing time to make it easier to return to hotels. All our family were v. happy with the 2 days we spent there.

“Absolutely superb!”

Fabulous hotel in great location. The check in was very friendly and although we couldn't get into our room until 3pm we were able to leave our luggage in a separate room. We went with friends and the check in host was able to move our rooms next to each other, no problem at all. Our hotel room (standard family no a/c) was fantastic. A great size with bunk beds for the children, a big double bed and comfortable pillows! The ensuite had a shower, not a bath, but again was a great size. The restaurant for dinner had a kids play area which meant they coukd play until dinner arrived. Food was ok, not superb but not bad either - the children's menu was good. Breakfast was excellent - I've stayed in lots of hotels but this was by far the best choice of food. Really impressed. We will definitely return.

“Das nenne ich Urlaub!”

Das Hotel Castillo Alcazar war wirklich super! Nähe zum Europapark, optisch schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer mit aufregendem Ambiente, superguter Ausblick, aber das Beste war die Mittelalter-Atmospähre, auch noch verbunden mit entsprechender Romantik. Man fühlte sich wie in einem Märchen oder auch wie in einem aufregenden Abenteuer. War für uns zwar nur ein Kurzurlaub, aber es war echter Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

“La barrière de la langue, seule problème”

Hotel idéalement placé et en rapport avec la qualité du parc Europa Park. Nous regretterons tout de même le manque de personnel qui parle français : aucun en deux jours. Ils parlaient allemand et anglais. Autrefois, il y avait du personnel qui parlait également français. Dommage, ce manque d'effort ne donne pas forcément envie de rester.

“Hotel Alcazar à Rust; trés bien situé!”

Trés bel hotel,agréable et avec vu et accés direct à Europapark.On a même pu profiter de la piscine et du sauna. Seul point négatif; le prix (malgré la basse saison). Je trouve que la chambre était petite et que pour un 4 étoiles c'etait excéssif. Sinon rien à redire. Petit déjeuner parfait et personnel disponible et agréable.

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Europapark”

Besonders schönes Hotel mit einem einmaligen Ambiente am Rand des Europapark Rust. Alle Zimmer sind extrem liebevoll gestaltet und man hat nemals das Gefühl sich in einer "Bettenburg" zu befinden, da jeder Gast behandelt wird als wäre er ein VIP (Wenn man sich auch so benimmt! Es gab leider auch andere)! Man hört keine anderen Gäste wenn man im Zimmer ist Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Park und die Gegend Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für Familien!

Natürlich den Europapark (egal in welcher Jahreszeit!) Sommer wie Winter ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

Nicht vergessen für das Abendessen zu reservieren! Wenn man mehrere Nächte da ist, alle Restaurants ausprobieren! Jedes hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil und besonderes Flair!
